"Overall Rating: 4/5 Stars The Good: The property is beautiful, clean, and extremely well maintained. We stayed for a week and especially loved the beach and the top-notch evening shows. Our room was incredible! A special 5-star shoutout to Jefferson at the front desk for such a warm and welcoming check! The cleaning lady assigned to clean our room did an amazing work every time! We did got to thank her personally with a few tokens of appreciation! Areas for Improvement: Service at the restaurants was a real letdown. Many staff members seemed overworked, unhappy, and indifferent. Guests weren't informed about restricted seating upon entering the buffet, leading to frustration and poor service— at some points I saw a couple of staff laughing at some clients, that was not very professional…Uncollected plates, no water offered, and tense staff. The atmosphere was also ruined by servers aggressively scraping plates and throwing cutlery into buckets right near diners in the Italian restaurant and the buffet. It made for a loud, chaotic environment that forced us to leave early on a few occasions. Beautiful resort, but management seriously needs to address restaurant staffing and training. This been said, the overall experience was very nice and we had a good time!"

"Amazing! Only steps from the beach. The caretaker Danelo was there for us whenever we needed something. He set up a canopy and chairs on the beach for us every morning. Our only complaint was there was no TV, which since it gets dark so early we didn't have a lot to do."

"We had an amazing 10-day stay at Casa Bella Vista in Playa Potrero. The location is absolutelystunning, with breathtaking views over Playa Prieta and its beautiful offshore islands. Every eveningwe enjoyed spectacular sunsets from the terrace, making our stay truly unforgettable.The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything you couldpossibly need. It features four comfortable bedrooms, a wonderful infinity pool, a relaxing jacuzzi, abarbecue area, and even a pool table for extra entertainment. Nothing was missing – every detailhad been thoughtfully taken care of.Silvia welcomed us warmly on arrival and explained everything about the house. She lives in aseparate area next to the property and stopped by every day to make sure we had everything weneeded while also keeping the garden in perfect condition. The pool was professionally maintainedtwice during our stay, which shows the great care taken to keep the property in excellent condition.The management team was also outstanding. They guided us by phone to the property, making ourarrival smooth and stress-free.The nearby beaches – Playa Penca, Playa Prieta, and Playa Danta – are all just a short drive awayand are among the most beautiful beaches in the area.Everything about our stay was perfect. We had a fantastic vacation and would highly recommendCasa Bella Vista to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable stay in Costa Rica.We will be coming back!"

"Beautiful property, loved the private outside sitting area and the beaches! Our favorite beach was the 2minute walk from property, bigger, calm waters, saw 2 devil rays in the surf. Host was very friendly and helpful. No restaurant on property but does have full kitchen.Note: beach in front of hotel is not private and gets busy, loud at times with ATV tours. Guard walks the property at night, makes you wonder why needed. Pool was very warm, not very refreshing. Also note, only bedrooms are air conditioned, main living areas are not!"
