We loved that it was a 5min walk to the beach, the property was well kept and the rooms were clean. The pools are also a plus, I would stay there again.

Booming music playing by guests at 6am and around pool all day - no staff to deal with it. Run down rooms and facilities. Terrible breakfast - do not let at for it.

The property was not at all what we expected. The photos must be 20 years old. The property was in total disrepair. The ceiling fan seemed as if it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The bathrooms were dirty and falling apart. We were so uncomfortable with the location that we checked out after seeing our room and went to another hotel.

Great location in Playa Hermosa - less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of birds and howler monkeys. Pool and exterior areas are lovely! The villas are a bit dated, however, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking implements. Overall a very nice stay

Located a couple of blocks from the beach. Comes with free breakfast, nothing fancy but decent. Staff not super helpful at check in. Didn’t provide good direction to room or information about pool use. Only one key for the suite, which was inconvenient as we had four people. Noise was an issue on the weekends as large families arrived and they stayed up very late talking loudly outside their suites. Overall, not bad for the price.

Older hotel/motel but nice enough. The pool was great. Hotel is a couple blocks from beach. Beach was nicer than I expected. We only stayed in area for 1 day. Parking felt safe. It is not a luxury hotel but it was adequate and clean and nice having a little kitchenette.

This property was photographed to look much more updated than it is. There are cracks, broken handles, broken light hanging in the wall, etc. There is no access to clean water. The price was very high for the type of hotel it is.

It is a beautiful house and property. The views of the lake and volcano are remarkable. There are howler monkeys very close in a jungle grove.

Loved the location
Not far from the beach, secure unlimited parking, helpful staff. The villas were large enough for a family, unfortunately I was by myself this time. Everyone is close to the large pool, my only complaint was that the hot tub was not working. Other than that, I loved my time there.

The hotel room itself was old and outdates. The room was in need of refurbishment. Otherwise, the staff were welcoming. The pool was great. Its a great location 5 min walk away from playa hermosa.

It is a nice small Hotel that can serve as an operation base, between Liberia (Main City, 30 min drive) and the beach coast (Hermosa Beach, 4 min walking) Hermosa Beach is not the prettiest, but is nice, clean, with blue waters. From there you can visit, Coco, Danta, Las Catalinas (30 min drive) or Flamingo, Conchal, Playa Grande, Tamarindo (60 min drive). The town has the minimum, supermarket, drugstore, and a few Restaurants. The Hotel has a small Restaurant, with good food. Breakfast included is a buffet, with a nice size of fresh fruit, and typical meals, including real eggs, and sausage. Tasty. The parking lot is safe, and there is a charger for Electric cars, pretty handy for the zone. Swimming Pool area is a fair size, with two charming, crystal clear water pools, a jacuzzi, and a kids pool. The rooms are small but include two queen beds, a desk, and a very cool touch: a small fridge, good AC and flat TV, hot water, and everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back again.

Located near beach. Check in was rude, didn’t explain wifi, breakfast, etc. rooms are very outdated and rundown with no plugs in by bed. Pools were wonderful. Very loud at night wouldn’t stay again with kids. Staff not very helpful except security guard was friendly

There was a water leak in the bathroom . Informed front desk. She did take the complaint. No one showed up to fix it. The water leak continued and flooded in to the kitchen . We decided to check out and got out of tge facility.

Staff go out of their way to please you.Hôtel is a bit outdated . But very clean We stayed in a villa, we had a full kitchen .Clean service everyday.Very private and quiet. We will be back !!Playa Hermosa rocks!

Very clean and safe place. It's a bit dated, but excellent for the price and location. Staff is friendly and the attached restaurant offers very good breakfast. It comes with a pool as well.
