Luxury Fifth Avenue Studio with Stunning Roof Top Pool

Brand new and stylishly appointed luxury studio on the quiet end of Fifth Avenue. The third floor unit (with elevator) has a roomy terrace with a table and chairs where you can sip coffee in the morning and a margarita in the afternoon while you enjoy a view of the sea! This spacious studio is 525 sq feet with a king size bed and a sofa which opens to a full size bed. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 3, a full size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender. Additional amenities include a safe box, central air, wifi, flat screen TV with satellite channels, bottled water, linens and towels and beach towels as well as weekly maid service and amazing roof top pool and lounge with a panoramic view of Playa Del Carmen and Cozumel. The location on the quieter end of Fifth Avenue is a five minute walk to the beach where you can choose between the quiet beach Punta Esmerelda to the north, or the beach clubs of Coco Beach if you walk south. Fabulous restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping are all just steps from your door as is the amazing nightlife of Playa del Carmen.

Great week in Playa
This was a great property with security right on 5th Avenue. Great restaurants near by and not far from Akumal with nice Beach Clubs as well. Looking forward to staying here again.

Safe, spacious, and close to the beach
This place was perfect for us. Close to everything. 5 minutes away from the beach, amazing views from the roof top pool, and the price was very good for everything included. Also it has a very safe feel as it is key code access to the building, Secure entry to room, and in house safe. Totally recommend staying here.

Upper Fifth Ave Deluxe Condo
Enjoyed my one week stay at this new condo on the upper reaches of Playa's Avenida Quinta. A changing neighborhood dynamic that feels like the real Playa still. Friendly and helpful 24 hr security desk. Full kitchen with much more than your normal rental. Really appreciated the bottled water dispenser and beautifully appointed bathroom. Rooftop deck a joy for morning coffee and evening dip in pool. Will return.

Perfect location, safe, quiet and still close enough to all the excitement!
The condo is beautiful and the view from our bed couldn't have been better. The owner, and the representative both checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. There is the perfect mix of high end and local flare within blocks even steps from the condo. All amenities were available in the suite or close by. There is a laundromat on 10 ave 2 doors north from 52 and they are fast and cheap. A great few taco stands close by and the bread bike rides by daily. The beach is close by and you can chose from chair rentals to public beaches where the locals hang or the more touristy areas downtown. This location has it all and best of all...peace and quiet! We could enjoy the sounds of the roosters and birds The condo was perfect for 2...perhaps a young child as well. The pool area is comfortable with a great view! Thanks...We will be back! Nice touches: water cooler and delivery as well as the welcome nachos and salsa...We needed a snack after a long day of travel. Renee and Shawn Saskatchewan, Canada
