When we booked it didn't say the pools, terrace and large beds advertised would not be in use so we're disappointed, easy access to busses and beach is across the road
Best to hire a bike to see everything and is enjoyable

Used the Spa facilities and massage parlour.
Room was lovely and nice big LCD flat screen tv in room.
Toiletries replaced everyday.
Would have liked some tea and coffee making facilities but bottled water was nice added extra in room.
Overall, great value for money, location and experience.

Food and staff are excellent. Set up for Germans rather than English. Lots of shouting but friendly young German lads. Very little entertainment in the hotel. Sat TV all German. WiFi signal poor. Maid service very good. Pools and spa very clean. Close to the airport but no noise from aircraft. lots of police patrolling, boisterous but never really unpleasant. NO ATM`s!! Quite a pleasant stay but unlikely to return again as other hotels might suite us better.

Clean hotel, pleasant staff, but this hotel and the resort is very German oriented. Had to persuade one bar to put English Premier League games on, much to the obvious disappointment of the passing Germans. Food was ok, standard buffet fodder, with some grill chefs. Drinks (spirits) were way too strong, they've definitely not heard of drinking responsibly. Was ok for 3 nights with a group of lads, but wouldn't rush back.
The hotel was fine, but not the rooms, which were tight, but clean and modern. Hotel catered to German clientele, so was interesting experience for someone visiting Spain, where all stores in area also catered to German tastes, food, etc. Enjoyed that aspect and Palma was short bus ride. So enjoyed the beach and the city on this beautiful island. The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke English even though more used to German vistors. Only issue was charging for internet in room, but was free in lobby areas.
EXPERIENCE, THE FIRST FEW OF THE HOTEL WAS OK, LOCATION, SURROUNDING WAS WONDERFUL.
SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM WERE OK, ONLY THE SWIMMING POOL INDOORS WAS COLD, I ONLY WENT 1 TIME TO SWIM IN THAT FIRST TIME SWIMMING I ALMOST SLIPPED 4 TIMES, WAS A BIT DANGEROUS, THE TILES WERE ALWAYS WET.
The hotel itself was ok but the guests! 80% of the guests were young german boys and girls in groups( 17-20 years old)
Not one night I could sleep through. They had parties in their rooms until 4 am. They were loud, slamming doors .. Etc. i wasnt even able to open my door to the balcony beacuse they were so loud. Wouldnt even dare to sit outside.
I think there should be clear rules about this.
It really ruined my holiday.

Nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were very helpful and they really are a bunch of good people. From the maids, the reception staff to the restaurant staff everyone was kind. The room are small but clean and comfortable, and it's an advantage if you get a room with the front view on the sea. We will definitely book this hotel again in our next visit to Palma de Mallorca.
