We had a great time. The pool view and half board very recommended. Does get very busy in daytime, with lots of sunbeds in a small space. We enjoyed our short trip, and would probably visit again. If looking for a fairly budget break, this is a great option. Staff welcoming, rooms clean but basic. We found the drinks from the bar to be quite expensive.

Lovely hotel CLOSE to the beach

Posted 16-Jul-2017
I was very impressed with this hotel considering it was a 3star, the rooms were refurb and nice decor , large choice of food which was good, more like 4star Across the road to the beach and the shops on the front.lots of Nice cafitiras for lunch time snack if you were half boards like us and good prices. Found the beach brolly and two sun loungers very expensive 45euro day.

Excellent hotel and close to all amenities.

Pros: The reception staff, bar staff were very helpful and friendly. The reception area and the seating in the reception and bar area and the pool.
Cons: No coffee/tea facilities in the rooms.
Location: near beach, shops, bus stop close by to go to Palma city.
We loved our stay in the hotel. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent considering the number of people who were being catered for. It's close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. A thoroughly pleasant break.

Very central, close to beach with lovely walks

Posted 19-Jun-2017
Pros: Staff being so kind, Cleanliness of hotel & rooms and Breakfast selection
Cons: If possible cooler air con in rooms (was unable to regulate) to rear as noise bad with planes and traffic, therefore door could be left closed.
Location: Very central for everything, lots of shops, restaurants, bike hire and of course an amazing clean beach, with an amazing walk along past the harbour.
This hotel was amazing, our stay although for only 4 nights was great. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, room was cleaned every day and hotel was Immaculate. We were situated on the 2nd floor to the rear, the room was lovely, beds very comfortable, the only complaint I would have (which nothing can be done about!!) is it overlooks quite a busy road, with Palma Airport minutes away, so you hear EVERY plane taking off, along with the traffic on the road, door had to be left open at night as room very warm so noise levels slightly annoying when trying to sleep (although late on it quietened down). Hotel Buffet service was fantastic food was lovely, catering for ALL & breakfast in particular was phenomenal and could not be faulted. A lot of German/ Dutch people in resort all round, only heard one English person speaking on the beach all the time we were there! (perhaps not a bad thing ) Hotel very close to lovely eating places, shops and 2 mins from the promenade and beach (which was exceptionally clean, but 5 euros per sunbed & another 5 for a brolly!!). Would HIGHLY recommend a lovely wee eating place on the front called Bon Vent, food was exceptional although not cheap. Fantastic walk past the harbour right into Palma. Overall I would say the hotel should be 4* and not 3* and would definaitley recommend and would book again.

Normal resort hotel - good value

The rooms looked recently refurbished. Very clean and fresh. Some construction near by, and thin walls (could hear my neighbor snoring)
