Great location, fab facilities.
Great location, fab facilities. Feels a lot more luxurious than the price tag. Went with friends and the rooms were great. Opted for the nicer room with pool view - definitely recommend this if you can. The spa was alright. Nothing to write home about but if you fancy a massage at a reasonable price, it'll suffice. Personally, I preferred the lady who came round to the loungers!! The beach is literally moments away (close enough to nip back for the loo if you need it) and everything felt really safe, clean and welcoming. The food was spectacular in the area - and the hotel didn't disappoint either. We will be back next year for sure!

Great location and buffet breakfast
It was close to the beach and had an amazing breakfast buffet. There are several stores close by to buy beach necessities. And there were also a few great little pizzeria and burger joints really close to it.

Nice stopover hotel. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Churros, pancakes, hot food, pastries, all the usual but lovely and plenty of it!! Pool area is also very nice. Reception staff on arrival were not very friendly or helpful but others were fine. Very accommodating with left luggage. Room was adequate. Bathroom small. Would stay again overnight or few days for the buffet and pool (not the rooms as we also had no blankets, and no tea or coffee. Basic room for the price.

Great hotel 5 stars from us
Hotel was fantastic .. staff went out their way for you, when required, very clean great location in resort .. however the resort was very quiet for us, great restaurants would def recommend Lewei Chinese restaurant… little to no entertainment in the pubs .. singer most nights in hotel which was ok .. great walk into Palma around the coast .. no. 25 or 35 bus (at back of hotel) takes you into Palma drop off at cathedral ..

Really exceptional service from start to finish. Lovely pleasant staff. Very good breakfast included. Basic room but modern clean with a decent walk in shower. We loved the gorgeous seating areas and the bar. Great attention to detail with fresh flowers. Lovely safe pool and jacuzzi too.

Nice hotel to stay in if you want to combine a beach/pool holiday with a hotel that has transport connections to Palma. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast and evening meal buffets had a great range of options and the quality was quite good. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.

Stayed here for a long weekend with a large group of friends. We weren’t sure what to expect, but have only positive things to say. We wanted a stress free, fun weekend and that’s exactly what we had. The staff on the front desk were so friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations (based on what we wanted) for places to eat/drink for every night of our stay and they made the bookings for us. The bar/restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating, plus they make some great cocktails! Food was decent, bedrooms were clean, hotel just a minutes walk from the beach and a short taxi/easy bus ride to central Palma. We took earplugs as had read a few reviews about the noise at night, but we didn’t need them. For a mid-range hotel we were all pleasantly surprised and, we would return again. The staff are a credit to the hotel :)

This should definitely be a 4 star hotel. I was surprisingly impressed with the property and the service was outstanding. It’s a boutique hotel, clean and modern. It also has a big lounge, beautiful outdoor pool, spa amenities (which I didn’t use though) and a large cafeteria with a buffet breakfast with so many options. I especially enjoyed the yogurt bar with all the toppings you can imagine and a real honeycomb box next to it. They had a couple of machines to get espresso, hot water, café con leche, decaf, etc. Also has a juice machine with mango, apple, orange, and pineapple juice and water. Has a hot food bar with eggs, sausages, pancakes etc. All I tried was fresh and delicious. Really pleased with their outdoor eating area and restaurant as well. I had a delicious (and nicely plated) avocado and tomato salad. The service was top notch too! Front desk was SO helpful (special thanks to Nathaly!) and always with a smile. First time in Europe and they helped me book excellent excursions. Came to celebrate my son’s 21st bday and we were surprised with a bottle of champagne & a beautiful dessert plate on his bday! It really goes to show you how lovely and personal this place is. The hotel is only one block from the beach. It’s set in the quieter side of the beach/hotel strip. Turns out 2 miles up was the populated and loud area. People in their 20s-30s and many drunk by 10pm. Not the case at Helios. This area hosted more of a mature crowd. Just excellent overall!

No air conditioning for the first 5 days of a 7 day stay at Helios. Not acceptable. They provided a fan for my room, but you expect to have air conditioning in your hotel room when it is hot outside.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed, rooms aren’t huge but they are a good size. The staff in the hotel are lovely. Only bad thing is the walls are very thin so if you are a light sleeper take some earplugs. The beach is literally one minute away, and I highly recommend the little restaurant across the road. I would definitely stay here again!

staff were really helpful and friendly, food was excellent with a good range, rooms were spacious and beds were clean and really comfortable, the pool was freezing but that’s our fault for going in march!

The staff were very friendly and helpful . The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible much choice ! Enjoyed the yoga too . Good location easy bus trip into Palma a 5 min walk from the hotel 😊

Great and friendly staff everywhere. Great selection at breakfast. Very fresh and my favourite thing was the seeds and nut selection you got beside the yoghurts. Everything was very tasty. The dinner buffet looked good too but we unfortunately never tried it. The hotel is clean and nice lobby and bar area too. Pool looked nice but it was too cold this time of year to go swim, but we’ll for sure come back here so will have to try it then.

The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers a wide variety of choices. It would help if the rooms had a microwave and if an ATM was available in the lobby. Overall, the hotel was very comfortable ans clean.

Too many cycling groups.
Lovely clean hotel. Good staff and fantastic food. Only downside is that it seems to cater almost exclusively for large cycling groups. The dining hall and reception is almost like a youth club at times.

Very friendly staff and the best hotel i have stayed! Very good and considering service which I appreciated a lot! I ordered half board including dinner but I realise the food is not my type and hotel willing to refund me everything without complaining which I never expected! The best hotel ever! The room is beautiful and tidy ! It should be more than 3 stars hotel! Recommend this to everyone coming to Mallorca
