Friendly staff. Spacious, clean rooms. Lovely pools areas. Easy walk into town and.across the road from the supermarket and shopping cemtre. Many choices for eating out in the vicinity. Stayed B&B, good food choices, and quality of food. The 91 bus costs €6.20 from the airport and stops about 200m from the hotel entrance. Excellent facilities and a brilliant courtesy area for late departures. Recommended

Great stay at Cordial Mogan Valle
Loved our stay at Cordial Mogan Valle. Apartments are nicely positioned close to local amenities, bars, restaurants and a 10 mins walk to beach. Attractive grounds were well kept The apartment itself was very spacious. Comfortable beds, good sized balcony, good bathroom and shower. Only downside was kitchen could have been a little better equipped for cooking with more utensils and saucepans etc Lots of facilities on site for all the family. Food in the restaurant was good. My daughter who is 9 used the kids clubs and enjoyed making crafts The staff on site were all really friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend and would really like to revisit

Nice drink on arrival. Lovely welcome & easy check in at reception. Good size apartment with modern bathroom with great shower. Fab big balcony. Will stay there again, but will upgrade to superior to Air conditioning.

I stayed here with my partner and son just two weeks ago and we loveddd it. There was something for the whole family on a daily basis. The rooms were spacious and clean, air con was brilliant and the large balcony was an added bonus with outdoor shower! Although the people below us were miserable and hated any type if noise. Overall amazing. the mini-club staff are fantastic you can tell they love the children, mini disco at 8:30 is a bit repetitive but the kids love it.

A bargain place with all you need and lovely staff. Yes it could do with a change of paint colour and new carpet in the corridors but for the price you pay the facilities are great. The courtesy area is brilliant for a late flight and spotlessly clean.

A week in Mogan
Apartment was comfortable but would benefit from cooker and some more kitchen items like a potato peeler. The pools are nice but it is a complex layout so hard enough to find them. Staff were friendly helpful and made us very welcome. Great location for Mogan. Supermarket nearby, bus station close, walk to sea and port. Mountain walk for walkers. Great market on Fridays just outside the hotel. Taxi rank outside. Nightclub short walk away.

Absolutely loved everything about this property from start to finish. A lovely warm welcome on arrival, a lovely spacious room, large bathroom, plenty of storage space and a MASSIVE balcony. It's a short walk from the sea front (15/20 mins) and there's a wide choice of restaurants and other facilities both nearby and a 10 minute walk to the beach / marina. A very large HyperDino is almost directly opposite. There is a choice to eat in the hotel restaurant which we did once. Huge choice of food and reasonably priced. A varied range of entertainment for all ages and every evening. Everything is nice and quiet by 11pm and also in the morning (pool-side music starts about 10am). I am a wheelchair user and although I didn't use one of their accessible rooms, this property worked really well for me in terms of access and getting about in the resort generally. It's a 1 hour bus ride from the airport (less than 7 Euros per adult) and it's easy to get to neighbouring resorts and around the island from the nearby bus station (10 minutes walk). Taxis can be obtained directly outside of the property. There's also a lovely walk along the valley towards the town of Mogan with lots of lovely sights and little traffic. All in all, so pleased we found this resort and hotel - many other guests we spoke to had similar compliments and some had visited the hotel several times. We will certainly be back!!

We (two adults and 10 year old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All staff, particularly the "animation" team led by Marco, where so friendly and helpful. All areas were spotless and the breakfast fantastic. All very relaxing.

Lovely Aparments
We've stayed in these apartments a number of times and they're always excellent. Mogan is a really nice resort, quiet but with plenty of good bars and restaurants. The apartments are large and comfortable with all you need if you plan to self cater. However, you can also eat at the complexes restaurants and snack bars if you prefer or take the short walk to town to eat. Each aparment has a large balcony, which gets the sun each day and also has an outdoor shower and sun beds. The pools are close by and really nice. All in all, great apartments and excellent value for money. If i had a slight criticism it would be the beds. They're not the most comfortable and it would be nice to have the option of a double rather than two singles.

We recognise that all the main features of the apartment were much as one would hope - spacious, clean, adequate furniture, nice bathroom, nice terrace etc. But staying as we were self-catering, there was disappointment e.g. a small fridge insufficient to store a bottle of wine upright, no small kitchen knives, no cutting boards. Also no washing machine in the apartment although there were ‘communal’ washing machines & driers on site (total of euros 7.50). All features we have found in other ‘cheaper’ apartments in the Canaries. Also, the wifi was on a few occasions a little ’flakey’.

Nice apartments in a nice location in the valley with a view of the sea from the balcony. Easy on-street parking in the neighborhood. Three pools with one adults-only pool. Adequate self-catering facilities in the apartment. Rooms higher up away from the pools and bar are generally quieter. There seems to be a problem with very small ants running over the kitchen worktops - this is our third stay here and the ants are still here! Pleasant and easy walk into the port.

The apartment was large and very comfortable. We had great views across Mogan Valley. It is very close to a SuperDino supermarket and is about 15 minutes stroll to the beach and harbour areas. There are some bars close by too. It did not had air con although some have. Lovely pools.

The hotel is great, the apartments are so spacious with huge living space, big bathroom with fantastic shower. ...and the outside terrace?!? Huge!! with fake grass, 2 sunloungers, a separate shower just for sunbathing and a table and chairs for 4. We always stay with Cordial in Maspalomas but will definitely come here again for more than 2 night (was a short visit while in Maspalomas for 18 days). Simply, amazing.

Easy holiday with English spoken and on menus
This was our second stay at the Cordial Valle Apartments at Puerto Mogan. We love the large, private balconies with loungers and table and chairs. We spent a lot of time out there in the sun, overlooking the ever-changing colours and shadows on the rugged mountain opposite. Apartments: Large rooms. Bathroom has long vanity and storage room underneath, kitchen has a preparation area and a table and chairs, small fridge with freezer, bedroom has 2 wardrobes, hangars and some shelves. Kitchen utensils include pasta sieves, crown bottle opener and corkscrew, sharp scissors and knives. They don't have a flat, slotted turner so I brought my own. There is a HyperDino opposite the complex and a Spar less than 10 minutes walk. These two supermarkets have a variety of waters, good quality meats, fruit and veg, snacks, alcohol, including some British and European brands. They also sell some household items, and there are other shops with a wide variety of household items and clothing for sale if you find that you need something. The shops: Euros or foreign credit cards sometimes contactless but might need PIN. Many ATMs -- the best exchange rate and fee that we found was at the Cajamar Caja Rural on Calle de Mina. Evening shows in the bar lounge: relaxing family environment until at least 10pm. Board games available here and pool and table tennis just outside. Many good restaurants opposite and at the beach. Relaxing break
Lovely stay at the apartments, large balcony to sunbathe and nicely refurbished interior. Spacious layout. Just the right distance for a leisurely stroll in the evening for dinner to plenty of restaurants that are all very good serving delicious food. Just a few negatives we noticed, the sheets on the bed had several holes when changed during our stay. Sun beds could be more comfortable with some thick cushions to lie on. Cupboards in kitchen are full of kitchen items, no room to store any food apart from fridge therefor had to leave on the worktop. Would definitely return, thank you.

Large property with plenty of amenities (especially for children), layout of the property was such that we had about 9 flights of stairs and a considerable walk to the apartment, but they are lifts if required. Good sized balcony. Not that impressed with maintenance and housekeeping, we could not turn the a/c down and we reported on day 1 that the patio door would not lock but nothing was done about it. Twice we were not left with a tea towel.

Lovely family holiday at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. Would definitely return. Both my children loved the lifeguards who were very friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Highly recommended if you have children.
Everything was lovely and beyond what we expected. We went as a family holiday of 9 people and 3 children. This was perfect for us all, especially the children. Buffet was great for everyone’s taste. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great modernised apartment, excellent facilities, 3 pools which includes a quiet pool if you want to avoid the kids. Staff helpful and friendly, definately a 4 star establishment, great location, opposite bars and restaurants and only 10 min walk to the beach and overlooking restaurants and the marina.
