"First step, first impression was top notch! Every single employee was above and beyond wonderful. They were there for us and helped us with anything and everything. Due to the Corona Virus our MSC Cruise was canceled, we didnt have WIFI at the port so the first thing we both thought it would be best to go back to the hotel. We told them we would be back, not realizing it would be the same day.They welcomed us again and was so very helpful. We' stayed for another 2 nights before we got out of the country due to the country closing everything down. We will be back again!…"
