"Our family stayed for a second time at the Kukula Lodge and it again exceeded expectations. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds are extremely well-kept, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and delicious . . . and the lodge is just a few minutes' walk to the beach. To top it off, the price is very reasonable- what more could you want? It was truly a pleasure to stay at Kukula Lodge and we will certainly be back!"

"La ubicacion es excelente si se busca ir caminando a la playa, el lugar es maravilloso, jardines muy hermosos. Pablo y Victoria son muy buenos anfitriones, la comida del restaurante es muuyyy buena. Espero poder volver. Solo cambiaria el abanico de la habitacion 5 que es muy ruidoso. Por lo demas pongo 5 estrellas. Gracias."

"This is a jungle lodge of sorts, with all the bugs and heat that come with it. No AC, and you’ll need. But notwithstanding the discomforts ( they really should invest in screens so patrons can at least open the windows at night and get that Caribbean flow), this place offers unique experiences. Many wild agoutis wander the grounds, and there’s a charming jungle path to a private beach nearby. Breakfast included."

"Great place to stay on the Caribbean side! VERY nice owners who were super helpful. This place literally has a private beach!!! The house itself was so much fun and HUGE! Great if you have kids or even if you want a romantic getaway. Would definitely stay here again! "
