Overall, our stay was wonderful, BUT...we tried for three days to get our air conditioner looked at with no success. The room never got cool to the point of being comfortable. Complaints to the front desk went unheeded. Everything else about the resort, the island, and our trip was great.

Atlantis apartment was wonderful! Located right on a pebbled beach with a wonderful secluded quiet area to dive and snorkel. The shared pool was very clean and well maintained. The 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom penthouse was very clean and well appointed, very nicely decorated, with 2 huge verandas overlooking the sea. The view was memorable!!! They provide maid sevice every other day of the week. It was right next to the Baoase resort, so we enjoyed a wonderful romantic dinner at the beach. There is a grocery store within walking distance to the Communication with the management was amazing and a gas station. Jessica was alays available, responded fast to inquiries. Check in and out was easy and we had no complications. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

"We stayed 1 week at this beautiful home. The owner and property manager were very responsive and personally checked us in and out. The home was very comfortable with air conditioning in each bedroom. The main area is not air conditioned so it gets a bit hot, but there is a nice breeze up on the hill ..."
