The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleaners were lovely and polite too. The room was exactly like it was advertised on the Expedia webpage. All I would advise is you double check that the studio delux room has a balcony as our one did not.

Room wasn't ready for my arrival but Kuna (hotel manager) was very prompt in making sure room received a deep clean after I had returned from beach walk which is 5mins from the hotel

"Great breakfast, friendly staff and the quickest reception checkin ever. Wifi worked great. Parking is plentiful but on the windy hill drive. We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night and there seemed to be children screaming and shouting until gone 10pm on Saturday in the public areas. Not on sunday. ..."

"We stayed in the two bedroom family room. The room was amazing with stunning views and balconies on both sides of the room. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beds very extremely comfortable, air conditioning was great, everything seemed new or in excellent condition."
