Plateau Holidays from £764

We stopped bye prior to check in and dropped off our baggage. Melba was very helpful and informative. The other receptionist at the front was very standoffish (maybe she was having a bad day) The whole place was very clean and well appointed with comfortable furniture and the amenities were great. When we got to our room everything was above expectations Than you

We loved how unique this property was. From the lobby to the rooms and the roof top bar, we were very impressed.

Nice enough hotel in a convenient location. Our room was a bit of a disappointment, in that it was very cramped and the window let no light in at all as there was a wall immediately in front of it. Bit pointless having the window there at all to be honest. They need to be more transparent about the $25 credit we had from Expedia each day. It was impossible to see on the invoice at the end that the $50 had been applied and I had to ask the reception staff to show me how it had been applied. It could have been shown as a credit on my invoice, which would have saved any confusion or questions afterwards. Hotel is in a good location and breakfast was pretty good and not too expensive. Staff were mostly very friendly, but a bit off hand when challenged about the discount. All in all, it's a decent location.
