"Some staff were rude some were friendly it depends on who you get. Place is older and it shows with ware and tare but it is ok for the price and was clean without bugs or pests. It’s gated and secure. Obnoxious party people were there but that’s New Orleans for you, not the hotels fault. You get what you pay for and it’s under 100 a night most days so book it if you are on a budget, if not go with better but if you want to save some money like I did. It was ok overall. "

"The day time staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. There was a smell in our room which was close to a stale cigarette smell but we adjusted. The breakfast was okay and we enjoyed the fresh fruit. We will stay again if we are in the area."

"The breakfast staff was very rude. There were limited choices due to the hotel being sold out and the kitchen not having enough supplies. The staff told guests not to eat that much so they could make the food last. There was not enough seating for the guests so they would take large plates of food back to their rooms. On a separate note, the housekeeping staff came into mine and my wife's room after we told them not to. They also talked loudly outside our room starting early in the morning."
