The hotel has a friendly staff and the hot tub and pool are wonderful! I would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and the pool and hot tub was nice. the only issue was the temperature wouldn’t get set to less than 70

We have stayed here numerous times in the past few years. We really like the quietness of the hotel and the ease of parking. The view is wonderful as the lake is right across the street!

Ideal location in South Shore. Across from the lake and 2 min from the ski slopes. The room was large and very comfortable. Will be back.

Wonderful, modern hotel with heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs, so close to tons of restaurants and Heavenly resort plus views of Lake Tahoe. Highly recommend!

I’m a fan of clear fire exits and this was a bit wonky. Never the less glad an old Tahoe resort is still kicking and doing a good job. Not the best, but certainly not the worst!

Cute little hotel with balconies. Conveniently located near restaurants and bars and semi close to Safeway. Only downside for me was parking at night got pretty full.

The hotel itself was good, seemed clean and the hot tub was nice. The staff that was at check in were very unprofessional:/ when I came to check in everything was great until the two girls working the front desk started to laugh uncontrollably, why do I say uncontrollably because she was trying to explain the regulations that they have, but wasn’t really able to because they were laughing. When I asked what’s the problem? What is so funny? She said oh nothing it’s my lip. and they both continued to look at me and laugh… I felt very uncomfortable and was very disappointed
