They gave us a room someone was in. That was creepy. Then downgraded us to a smaller room because they had no more king size beds. But they did refund us the resort fee if $40

Good amenities and well kept landscape. 3 pools with hot tubs to choose from :) Really nice staff. Downside would be the hefty $40 self parking which is not even convenient- its about 1/4 mile away from some of the rooms! Most people have cars since this is So Cal so this is a bit of a sneaky way to make your room more expensive. Expedia doesn't disclose this. Also, if you plan on using the pullout couch, its VERY uncomfortable. They need new mattresses. Otherwise good hotel.

Overall pretty average for what they charge. Room was clean but the lobby was super far. I got lost so many times. The rooms were cold and they only had one extra blanket to spare. There was also a really loud humming noise and not in a good white noise kind of way in our room, it sounded like we were on a submarine .

The female server we had in the dining room was great. Very personable. The outdoor games are a nice touch. We used shuffleboard and corn hole

The property is beautiful. The staff is very nice. The bed is very comfortable. The parking fees are expensive. Food is ok nothing great. Wish the showers had doors rather than a shower curtain. The flight path is over the property so it can be noisy

This is a strange property if you aren’t in a room near the lobby and restaurant/bar (newly remodeled) It is older and the outer rooms are isolated and the grounds are plain. They had us in a room way out far from anything and anyone, under the stairs, with a hedge two feet out the slider. Pool was old and ugly, concrete was cracked. Self park ($40) is awful, desolate, and a far walk from rooms and lobby. Valet is only $7 more but they don’t tell you. Weird. We eventually were put in a normal room, in the refurbished building by the lobby. We are experienced travelers who treat front desk people well. How disrespectful to return the courtesy with horrible service and awful room. Two drink coupons for the inconvenience. Really? Once we got the nice room, our experience was normalized. Don’t let them put you in the old, ugly back forty! It should be shut down until remodeled. Rooms are not cheap.

Beautiful resort, I like the common areas, fruit-infused water, popcorn in the evenings, and outdoor fire pits. The hot tub and pools were great, as well as the golf and tennis. Charisma, at the front desk, was very helpful and started our trip off on a positive note. Housekeeping was great.

The staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived. It’s quiet & cozy. The room had some amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner and as well as a tin can jar filled with pre-packed Q-Tips, shower cap, & makeup remover wipes. Con is only they no longer use the house phone in the room to call the front desk or housekeeping; or maybe it’s just me. I saw a sign, in the hallway by the elevator, asking you to text from your phone to them for your requests instead of calling. If that’s the case, why not just post that info in your room. Self-Parking : $40 vs Valet : $47

This property is very nice. Unfortunately, the charge for parking is quite high. I think parking should be free - or at least reasonable - given that these room are fairly costly. If you have a car, make sure to inquire about the overnight parking charges.

Older looking property on the outside. The room its self looked ok. The room smelled like it was wet. When checking out, I paid cash for valet parking $47. Then she hands me a bill for self parking at $40 and the amenities charges. I walked out before looking at it. So I had to go back and make sure the self parking was taken off…. Now why would she do that? I literally just paid for valet parking. So check your bill carefully. And WHY we are being charged for self parking is ridiculous in the first place.

Nice hotel but don’t stay on the ground floor
I went away with my family to stay at the hotel. We had three different rooms, and everyone of us experienced the problem with the people above us making excessive noise. There’s probably suggest that the hotel is not well constructed, and we all had to complain. The hotel seem to do very little about it but they did give us a $100 rebate on the rooms as an apology. Aside from this, my advice would be do not stay in a ground floor room where there is someone above you. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel, my only complaint is the service at breakfast on the second day was poor.

I think overall the room rate is reasonable. I had a problem with the shower which I didn't bother to let them know. Their body lotions are so hard to use. The bottles are so hard and not squeezable. But ultimately, I will be back again
