"I had a wonderful stay at The OQ in Lusail. The hotel is brand new, and it truly reflects that with its elegant decoration and high-quality furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel had a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. The staff were friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable.
However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The coffee machine in the room was not functioning, and even after the hotel replaced it, it still didn’t work properly....
"Beautiful hotel, on a little beach with a cool beach club. Very clean. The staff is amazing, everybody was so courteous and helpful, especially Amir at the front desk and the host lady at the breakfast place. Loved my stay and would recommend it. "

"Our experience at Retaj Baywalk Residence was truly exceptional, an easy 10/10 from check-in to check-out. The entire team consistently demonstrated warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. The staff were always ready to assist, from holding doors to helping us with our buggy and children while coordinating multiple Ubers. Their constant greetings and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed.
I would like to extend special appreciation to Mr. Ma’mun at the door, whose kindness and playful interaction with our kids made our stay even more memorable. Additionally, the receptionists Hamid and Shaukat provided outstanding service and ensured we felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay.
