"Riad Andalla Spa is such a warm, lovely, and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We booked round-trip airport transfers, as well as dinner on the rooftop for our first night and another evening during our stay. The entire team was brilliant from beginning to end: attentive, friendly, thorough, thoughtful, and sincere. We felt a sense of joy every time we saw them, whether they were at the front desk or serving us at breakfast and dinner. The dinners were generous, and the breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We highly recommend Riad Andalla Spa to anyone visiting Marrakesh! Tip for future guests: There is another property with a similar name nearby - Riad Andalla (without the "Spa"). If you are taking a taxi, be sure to double-check and show the driver the exact name and address to ensure you get to the right place."

"This is a well run hostel. The common areas are well maintained and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is well worth it; lots of options and a fair price, especially if you book ahead. The location in the medina is good. I could get to the main square to meet for tours within a 10-15 minute walk. It maybe be worth booking a pick-up if you have rolling luggage as taxis cannot drive right to the hostel and it's a very bumpy walk with a suitcase. I ordered a pick-up when I left and a guy came with a cart to move my luggage until we got to the taxi, which was much easier. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm which was cleaned well everyday."

"Best Riad in Marrakech, honestly I can't imagine you could find better. The rooms are not only immaculate, they're also beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the whole space you have to relax is unbelievable. Use the terrace, it's a great sub trap and space to hide in the shade. The location is perfect for escaping the noise and business of Marrakech. The food was delicious and well worth having breakfast at the Riad. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay, made special requests happen and help with transport to and from the airport. You'd be a fool not to stay here!"

"Booked this Riad with high expectations given the overwhelming good reviews, but wow were we disappointed. The pool is very small, cant really call this a pool, never used by anyone whilst we were there and not clean. The room I had was fine, a double and a single bed, which were comfortable, with decent pillows. My room had a fridge which wasnt plugged in, couldnt be plugged in as the cable was nowhere near long enough to reach a socket, so it just sat there although none of the other rooms had a fridge. There are rugs all over the room which can be quite slippy, and there are no hangers, and limited storage space. The bathroom had seen better days, very uninviting, with a toilet seat that didnt fit. toileteries wre provided in two plastic bottles, pink and orange, with no idea what they were for. Breakfast was average at best, nice fresh orange juice, with an assortment of bread - you have to ask for the omlette, and thats it. The Riad is at least a 20 minute walk from the main square. We felt the description on Hotels.com was misleading and inaccurate and will be taking this up with them."
