"Not every room in this property is the same. Our first room was jokingly small but they were very accommodating and moved us to a different room. The location of this hotel was amazing and so convenient. Parking is off site and about 30 euros/night. They have a golf cart and drove us back to the parking with all the luggage. That service alone was amazing because the alleyways to get to the hotel are super narrow and scary to drive in."

"The Nakar is perfectly located for all the key visitor attractions in Palma, especially those in the old town. This is a small boutique hotel. It has great rooftop views fo where guests can sunbathe and use the small well maintained one metre deep pool - which despite record high temperatures all summer was very cold. Breakfasts are great, served on the 8th floor with great views of the cathedral and harbour. There is a lobby but this is hidden away in the conference centre so is more of a meeting room rather than a place to 'chill out' and have a drink. Our room was one of the 'cheaper' options - it had a window but no view worth mentinioning (back of the hotel looking onto apartments with air conditioners). Bed was huge and room was very comfortable. Our room number was 65 - on the sixth floor. We complained about noises above us which started at 10.30pm for several hours and again at 7pm for several hours, every day of our stay - these noises sounded like furniture moving, stock being moved etc. We think there was a large utility room/stock room above us but when we reported this to staff on our first morning they said there were only bedrooms above bedrooms and denied we were below any service area. We think this is not the case as we looked at the floor plans in the hotel and the floor above us was blocked off at the end of the corridor and had a 'missing' three rooms. We expected honesty from hotel staff about this issue. Overall, a good stay."
