There is a sign out front that says new rooms. The rooms were far from new. The individual working the front desk was far from friendly, it could be that the people he checked in before me were difficult. I do not like the policy that you have to tell them that you did not use the safe for them to take the $2 fee off your credit card. The room was small and smelled of stale cigarettes. All of which I could have lived with but the major problem was a weird brown streak running down the wall of the bathroom. I did not want to think what it could be. The whole room just didn't seem like it was clean. It was a cheap hotel but I would have hoped for a cleaner room.

The first room we had smelled like urine, the floor was sticky like it hasn’t been cleaned, there was a hole behind the bathroom door and I’m not sure if it happened to every other room but we lost power for a good 2 minutes and I literally mean all the lights went off in our room including the WiFi. After we asked for more time, we just happened to see the manager and I requested a new room she smelled the room and immediately gave us a much better room.

It took half an hour to check in. I arrived at 305pm, because check in is at 3pm, but we had to wait for them to update their computer. They gave us a key that didn't work. Went back to the lobby three times and this time he went up to the room with me but he couldn't even open the door. We asked the maid to use her key but hers didn't work either. After he couldn't open up the room he assigned us, he walked down the hall and tried another room. He couldn't open the second room either. He then called another employee, as we were standing outside in the cold, and the other employee ran back to the lobby, got another key and came back. He finally opened the door to the second room but the door was faulty. The hinges were loose so we had to lift up the door as we opened and closed it in order to make it work. I pointed out the door issue but he said to just lift it and deal with it for one night. Finally settled in the room and after an hour or so I finally fell asleep for a much need nap. He woke me up with a phone call to ask how the room was. At that time, I hadn't had enough time to assess the room and I was further aggravated at being woken up. The shower screams. The plumbing screams in a loud shrill as we used the water for a shower. The bed smells. The mattress had a smell of body odor. We had to sleep on top of the covers and used our own clothes as a blanket to stay warm. The people in the next room were fighting until 1030pm. More fighting at 130am woke me up again.

Get there early so they dont sell your room
Was overbooked and told we didn't have a room when we arrived. After a little complaining and asking about a refund they gave us a handicap room. We had to go buy our own pillows bc the ones there smelled like piss and the toilet was clogged.

Don’t book
So I have a bit of a history with this hotel as It’s the most convenient for me . However I think it’s the last time I will be there . So last time I booked all the stuff in the bathroom ( the towel rack the shelf ) all fell off and the bed was broke . This time the door was broke some lady came 3 different times with complaints just while I was checking in. They gave her an occupied room my key wouldn’t work the first time there was a lady complaining it was leaking in her room . Then I told them I didn’t need the extra day and he told me it was fine he wouldn’t charge me now I keep getting attempts to charge me so this hotel is not good I won’t be booking again.

Check in was fine. Got to room. No towels. Wash cloths. Bath mat. And tv would not work Mattress was very lumpy.

The housekeeping staff doesn't perform their duties up to Snuff they don't change the sheets sometimes I've rented rooms where I have no washcloths or soap because they forgot to leave it in there then I upgraded to the premium King room and literally it was nothing that it said on your website there was no different sheets there was no snacks there was no nothing I didn't have an iron or a microwave or soap so I got ripped off right there and no one will do nothing about it so I'm basically telling you this for no reason cuz it ain't going to help me out

This was a Red Roof Plus that was a smokefree property. NOT Thevroom reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathroom smelled like urine and the shower did not drain!. We weere charged a $100 security deposit and then only got $94.57 back, paid $4 for nothing?? This is fraudulent and very disturbing. When called on it were told it was the safe fee which we never used or even knewvthere was a safe.Ripping off every customer?? Will NEVER use a Red Roof Property again!!!!!
