This luxury home has an open living layout and 4 levels of living space (4 Bedrooms 2.5 baths), a balcony with stunning views, a large backyard, a finished basement and a 2 car garage. We are PET FRIENDLY, however there is a $99 Pet Fee (per pet) and must be well trained \-This home is in the heart of Historic Deutschtown Pittsburgh \-2200 sqft of open living space and plenty of natural light \-4 levels including finished basement \-4 Bedrooms/ 2.5 Baths \-Bedroom layout: Master King bedroom on the top 3rd floor, a Queen Bedroom and a 2 Double Bedroom on 2nd floor, a Queen Bedroom on the basement level (The basement bedroom is a divided out private space with a Queen Bed. Clean as a whistle, comfortable, stadium and downtown area easily walkable. We did little more there than lay our heads, but it was just what we needed. Max's Allegheny Tavern less than 100 yards away was an unexpected bonus, as was Verdetto's a short walk across the bridge over the interstate. Would definitely stay there again. ##### Jody Z. Everything went really well. The place is spacious, modern, very clean, and had a nice balcony and back yard. garage parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay again. Loved the location. It was close to everything. The home was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. I took away one star because a few appliances weren’t working which caused a minor inconvenience. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. 2 car garage secure parking and only negative was that there is limited parking if you have more than 2 cars, but owner is very responsive and helped us out with everything! ##### Kristen M. Our family of 5 stayed while visiting local universities. The location was incredibly convenient and within minutes of downtown. Definitely check out Max’s Tavern. The North Shore restaurants were also super close! If the Pirates were in town catching a game would be very easy. The house was clean, well designed, spacious, and lots of details added to make you feel at home. We will stay again since we now have a child moving to Pittsburgh! ##### Gemma C. We had a great time. The house is very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable for all of us. In a good location. Easy to walk to PNC park or to the Strip for breakfast.
