The hotel rooms were clean, front desk was friendly, and the breakfast was free! The only downsides were that it was a little hard to find parking and the outside of the building looked a lot older compared to the other hotels on the street. However I had a great stay and will likely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

For the 9 hours we were on the property, content with cost paid. Shuttle back could have been slightly more efficient but only delayed 20m. It’s not an embassy, but totally worked for what we needed

We booked this property solely based on the proximity to the airport, shuttle services and long term vehicle parking for an out of town trip. Upon are return to the airport the pickup shuttle service never arrived for us. After 3 calls and a 90 minute wait unti 130am we booked an Uber to return to the hotel. The front desk was complete disengaged and unapologetic.

Very nice motel, moderately priced. We checked-in about 10:00 pm. The night front desk clerk was rude. The driver of the airport van was outstanding.

Your property needs updated rooms. Aivent was blowing cool air while on heat. Should have pillow tops on bed for comfort. Not everyone can climb into a tub,should have walk in tubs . Staff tried their best to rectify the issues.

This property worked for just what we were looking for - a place to sleep for a few hours before an early flight, somewhere to leave our vehicle for a reasonable price, and transportation to/from the airport. The room was pretty small and sparse, as was the bathroom. But it fulfilled our purposes. The airport shuttle was on time for departure and arrival and the check in/out process was quick and easy. Not a place I would stay for several days, but good enough for an evening.

Check-in clerk could probably use a courtesy training refresher..I didnt hear a 'thank you' or 'please' once..I was never addressed by name..no warmth or engagement .

Loved the vinyl flooring instead of carpeting! The cleaner fragrance was a bit over-whelming. I had a nice stay. Thought the man at breakfast monitoring the food was polite.

Room itself was not very clean. Bed was very clearly worn out, coffee maker was missing the filter basket, so unusable. There was some sort of equipment in the bathroom that hummed constantly. Walls were thin and could hear everything from the other rooms. Scheduled a shuttle in the morning for the airport and they forgot about me until I reminded them and then made me wait another 10 minutes after that. Very disappointed.
