We loved the layout and especially enjoyed the rooftop deck but if you have mobility issues, there is a steep flight of narrow stairs to get up to the apartment. It wasn’t a problem for us. This is a city environment but the property has private parking and was so easy to navigate to and from. The Life Flight helicopter does land frequently and is noisy but is interesting to watch and is only noisy for minutes, at most. It can be easily ignored.
