Location: Scott Township Within an established community just 5 miles from downtown and short drives to interstates 79 279 and 376. Look out your bedroom windows into Mt. Lebanon and walk to nearby Beverly Road business district. Convenient to grocery restaurant and retail in the Greentree Rd/Cochran Rd corridor and Route 50 Washington Pike areas.  
Absolutely no pets. Absolutely no smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside on the balcony or in the common areas including outside the entries and the rear lawn area. Please read on for more details.  
Plenty of storage in the closet in the hall. Double closets in the bedroom and off-balcony exterior storage with locking door.  
This community is well established and reliable in terms of community maintenance. Natural gas, water, garbage collection, snow removal, parking, maintenance, landscaping, common area maintenance and access to the party room is covered by the landlord's monthly dues. Yearly tenant pays for just electric and cable/internet/phone. Additional storage is available for rent in the community's common building.
