Not very happy with this hotel. It was the worst one on our trip. Floors were dirty. Mold in the bathroom was pretty bad. Had to go buy a lighter for the stove as the auto start was broken. Bed was low and hard. Pillows were flat. AC was cold and cookware was clean. There is a laundry mat next to the hotel. There was also a grocery store, movie theater, small restaurants and ATMs all with in walking distance. I would not stay here again.

A bit out of the way, but totally fine.
I'm glad we remember to call ahead, because there was nobody there at check-in, we needed to type in a code to open the box to get our room key. If we hadn't called in advance we would have been locked out! The room was fine, though it was a bit strange that there was a stove and also a big warning on the door that it's illegal to use the stove! The location was a bit far away from the city center, about an hour walk, but there was free parking at the hotel. Even though the hotel is in a sort of desolate area, with nothing interesting around as far as we could tell, there was a very nice little pastry/cafe place down the block, and a very nice big supermarket, and a laundry place, and a bakery, all within about 1 minute walk from the hotel, so that was cool.

Excellent place to stay
Very helpful and friendly hoteliers. Exceptional accommodation, extremely good value for money. The accommodation was like a fully equipped flat with a large living room combined with dining and kitchen facility. Separate large bedroom, separate bathroom, balcony leading of the bedroom. The facilitates were 100%. It was very clean. Parking facilities were great as it had shared parking spaces or the option to use a private garage. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a one night stay or a long stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Dirty apartment and not nice location horrible
I would not stay there again if they paid me. Meant to be 3 stars! On late arrival after 8 pm no reception staff. We were given a pin code. When we arrived there was 2 entry systems and we spent 30 mins trying to gain access I was nearly in tears. We eventually realised it was the other entry system and gained access. The place was very basic fridge and 2 gas rings no kettle. Bedroom the same, no maid service at all we stayed 5 nights we were given one bath towel and hand towel each for the duration and one bath mat. Bathroom was filthy and by the end of the 5 nights towels were dirty, toilet was dirty and no cleaning stuff, had to put out our own rubbish and make our own bed. Plus I had to ask for another rubbish bag and two more toilet rolls I had obviously used my quota for 5 nights! This place wasn't cheap plus in the middle of nowhere you can't walk to the tower it would take about 90 mins plus not a safe walk no pavements at bits and very open. We got taxi back from centre and it cost 7 Euros one night and 12 the next taxi driver took us to another hotel. Watch the taxi drivers take you all round the place. We questioned the price difference of same journey buy another 5 Euros he wasn't happy and make it 10 Euros. So best to show printed address to driver and then no mistake as there is a hotel called Hotel Verdi. Pisa in general I wouldn't stay again there star system isn't the same as UK. 3 stars more like 1 star. You have to stay at least a 5 star hotel.

Convenient for early morning flights out of Pisa
A bit dated property but with lots of space. Is a whole apartment not just a room. WIFI is super slow and you need to re-connect every time the device goes into sleep mode or shuts off. Very annoying. Location is good for the airport (with a car).

Our go-to budget hotel in Pisa
This was our third stay at Isola Verde. It is budget priced, so service is minimal and rooms look dated. We feel it's a great place to spend a night before or after an international flight from Pisa Airport. It only works well if you have a car or are willing to take a taxi. If you're on foot, make sure the little breakfast cafe and the little pizzeria will be open when you need them, since they close on holidays and Sundays. Daniele in the reception is friendly and very helpful, with enough English.

Practical choice for Pisa with car
The staff is friendly, making us feel very welcome at this simple and practical apartment. The neighborhood has a breakfast cafe and a pizzeria, with fine dining just a few blocks away. The room is very simple. Luckily, there is a coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks machine in the stairwell.

Practical Apartment with kitchenette in Pisa
We were there on May 1, a national holiday, so we did not have busses running or other options than taxi. All the other days will be easier! Danielle Grillo and his brother were great hosts, helping us with various things as we required. We were happy to know about the coffee machine on the first floor near our room. On the non-holiday, the little cafe (Coffee-Chocolate) was open a half block away, meaning that breakfast was easy.

Just what I needed
I work away frequently and am on a paleo diet so prefer an apartment so I can cook my own food. There were 3 apartments available near Pisa airport but this one cost half that of the other 2. The decor was basic but there was plenty of space, good heating, good aircon, plenty of hot water and all the cooking utensils I needed. I should mention that I did have a car to get about but public transport seems quite good in the area. In a word, cheap and cheerful!

My partner and I stayed in 1 bed apartment for 5 nights. Arrived very late and key had been left in safety box. Had everything we needed. Good sized living area with Kitchenette, sofa, flat-creen TV with free channels, Table and chairs. Bathroom a bit small and no bidet but adequate. " single beds pushed together to make a double (but kept sliding apart ). Bit noisy neighbours but was close to coffee/pastry shop, bank, hairdresser, cinema. Cleaning was once a week. Altogether a very pleasant stay at a good price

This is not a hotel.
After-hours arrival is complicated. I also ended up in the streets at 10:30-11pm with children! Lots of steps to go up. While not as expensive as everything else in Italy, the price (comparing to what we got) wasn't a bargain.

Apartment was very clean and relatively large. The bus stops right in front of the apartment, but is not operating very late into the night or very early on Sunday. Air conditioning was fully functional and appreciated. Had a problem that the gas to the stove was off at the source, but that was quickly fixed. Reception was only open until 8pm, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but not a real problem.

Hotel wasn't in the best condition...air conditioner had malfunctioned for x 2 if the 3 nights,no tv as no digi box attached,shower spray head sent water everywhere...breakfast was mostly stale cake/breads,and horrid coffee Guy on reception was really helpful and friendly,so feel bad abt the rating given

I stayed here on the night before my flight back to the UK from Pisa. We arrived late and the reception was closed! I didn't get any notification about where to pick up my keys but luckily we bumped into another family who were just returning from dinner who suggested checking the mailbox. Fortunately the keys were there. It's a single bed apartment, quite spacious. Nothing spectacular but there was nothing to complain about either, although if we never found or keys, this review might be very different! :)

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e figlio per la necessità di recarmi al vicino ospedale di Pisa / Cisanello - infatti dista appena 500 metri ed è raggiungibile a piedi. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite, con letti comodi e biancheria ok.! Ovviamente dovendo ritornare nella citata struttura per le visite di controllo, sicuramente ritornerò in questa location

Overnattingsstedet var nær til supermarket og en fin shopping senter. Og der viktigste var at det var nær til bussholdeplass og tar 20 min til Pisa train station. Men leiligheten passer ikke til familie med barn fordi at det ikke har god aircondition. Det var ekstrem varm og jeg måtte åpne inngangs døra til å ha luft inn i stua. Stua hadde ikke aircondition, jeg tenkte at jeg kunne være hjemme midt på dagen men jeg var ute hele dagen pga dårlig luft i leiligheten . Det var litt skuffende for meg.

Bastava lasciare aperta la porta tra la camera da letto e il soggiorno e avrebbe avuto un bel fresco in tutta la casa. La cosa peggiore da fare è lasciare la porta aperta. Con il caldo eccezionale di questi periodi e le porte aperte, la casa non si può mai rinfrescare. E comunque non mi ha detto nulla di questa cosa durante il suo soggiorno.
