"This is a huge casino/hotel facility. Only stayed the night (and got in late) and didn't experience any of the dining or gambling, but it all looked clean and nice. "

"We would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect for walking along the river and very close to the falls! We also enjoyed walking around downtown and visited a few local breweries. The hotel looks recently updated. Our room was quiet and we had a river view! Good continental breakfast and the breakfast host was very nice! The check-in person didn’t seem to enjoy her job. Sioux Falls is a great place to visit."

"Check in was painless. No shower curtain in our room.217 was immediately taken care of by the house keeper assigned to that floor. She was very professional and handled my request promptly. Breakfast was yummy, hot tub was fantastic. Definarly stay again on a return visit. Well done staff."

"We didn’t realize the hotel was apart of the hospital but don’t let that deter you from staying there. We stayed in the south corner king suit, it was very spacious, reasonably priced, clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom soaps and shampoo smelled great. The floor to ceiling windows were a great plus too, but best of all, it was very quiet we didn’t hear any other guests on our floor which I like my quiet time so that was a big plus for me."

"Property was run down. Missing cushion in the couch, elevators not working, leak in the pool, fixing ceiling during busy weekend stay. Rooms were not cleaned well before check in."

"If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer."
