Quick overnight stay for funeral. Living room great for entertaining old friends. Good breakfast which was eaten in our suite so my sister could watch the Ryder Cup.

There was a fire alarm/small fire on the day we checked in and no one followed up with us to let us know what was going on. Then there were no lights on at breakfast and later that day we found a wood roach in our room on the last night. Staff was friendly but overall cleanliness was very average.

Our stay is always great. Their breakfast is a hit with my kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Got extra towels easily. My family has stayed here 4 times in the last 2 years to visit my son and his family.

Great kitchen staff, good bartender, all very friendly and supportive. Unless i missed a notice or understanding our room was never serviced for a 2night stay. Luckily we found clean towels but trash was full.

The location is great, but the like warm showers were horrible along with the scratchy bedspread (please use down and freshly cleaned white duvet covers!!

Check in was a mess I confirmed an early check in (2 instead of 3) so arrives at 2 and was tons it would be ten minutes. That went on until 3:15 as I saw other guests checking in and receiving room keys but “mine” wasn’t ready yet. At 3:15 I finally received the keys…to the handicapped room.not exact the suite with the fireplace I paid for. Desk clerk was very rude. I spend 30 nights per year plus at Hilton and expected more. Would never recommend this hotel.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience with us. After reviewing the reservation, you did book the handicap room, although we do understand that some booking mistakes do occur when going through third party sites. Since it was a handicap room, and we have less of those, we were unable to get you into a room sooner, and for that I am also sorry. We do try to accomadate early check ins whenever possible but it appears we fell behind with that. We hope you will give us another try, next time you are in town and let us make it up to you.

A really great stay just point-two-miles from heart of Pinehurst Resort. Our check-in was great with Jessica. She really saw to it things went smoothly for us at check-in. The Housekeeping and Breakfast team were superbly helpful and friendly as well. Two grocery stores as well just walking distance from the front door of this hotel. Primely located in the middle of shopping and dining. Really, really enjoyed our stay.
