HUTB- 013778 - APTO SOL is a nice apartment for 4 people on the ground floor with elevator. It has a dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony overlooking the pool. On the outside it has a large communal area with a swimming pool for adults and children where they can enjoy the warm summer days. They have a parking space in a nearby building for your convenience and peace of mind. Its greatest charm is its location, since it is only 50 meters from the beach and very close to all services. A fantastic choice to spend a good family vacation.

Pineda de Mar is certified with the family tourism destination brand, ideal for spending unforgettable vacations in a quiet environment. Its wide and long beach offers a wide variety of cafeterias, terraces and restaurants where you can taste the wide variety of Mediterranean food. They have a large number of green squares and children's games that make a privileged nucleus to enjoy your family vacations. Pineda de Mar has a train station that circulates throughout the Costa del Maresme, facilitating travel in case you do not want to use your vehicle. It also has a tourist train that can take you on a nice trip around the town of Pineda de Mar and its surroundings.

2 -Entrance outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the arrival time.

- HHR reserves the right to apply a deposit amount it deems appropriate based on the reservation and the number of occupants.
- Online check-in is required to collect the keys.
- Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory (€1,10).
- The reservation includes towels, sheets, and cleaning services.
- Reservations for less than 4 days will be subject to an additional €80 charge.

Très bonne location. Explication à préciser sur l'utilisation du gaz (nouvelle bouteille). Idéalement située entre les rues commerçantes de Calella et Pineda. Attention, pas de climatisation.

Appartement vétuste , balcon très bien Emplacement très bien Piscine impeccable sauf Règlement interne de la piscine très stricte en plus piscine à l’ombre donc eau assez froide Voisins bruyants : discussion sur le balcon jusqu’à 3 h du mat !!! 😞 Mise à part ses détails nous avons passé un agréable séjour
