Gross!!!!
There were roaches in the bed and on the walls. The blankets had cigarette burn holes in the sheets and blankets and the pillows were old and wore out. There was no breakfast. Not worth the money we spent.

First time here
Well I did read some reviews some were good and some were bad but I can't just go on what ppl say I gotta experience it for myself so here goes: I had redeemed my free night so I needed some me time and I must say I am impressed. The staff was very friendly the room was great only exception was the covers was kind of rough. But the bed was comfy. And my room was overlooking Martha Mitchell expressway. I was by three restaurants, a liquor store and a gas station so I had access to food and beverages although they didn't serve breakfast Burger King was in walking distance so no worries but overall it was great I slept comfortable and peaceful. Might come back again

The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is.
Bad. Dirty. Loud. Trashy. Stinky. Leaky. Scary. Just a few descriptive words that come to mind. But...I guess you get what you pay for. However, the Hotels.com staff were very helpful as much as they could. More so than the actual hotel staff.

Straight up disgusting.
The room was disgusting, bed sheets were covered in stains and the place didn't look like it had been cleaned. We picked a non smoking room but the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes. Just overall very very bad.

Bed had little blacks across it as if someone ashed in the bed and they didnt clean it. Smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Needed a quiet place to sleep (got that) but not clean at all.

Nice, clean, quiet, pet friendly for a small fee. I got two rooms, one for my sister, one for me, my husband, & dog. There are several fast food places nearby. Large parking lot, I saw several big trucks parked there. Smoking rooms available. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Direct TV in room. Phone in room. Plenty of lamps, not at all dim. Heater/ Air conditioner worked well.

They entire property is very shabby. The rooms need updating. The staff are very nice but aren’t professional the least bit. Not a family hotel.

No light bulbs in any other three fixtures. No buttons on the phone. Duct tape on the tv remote. Can't even go into the lobby to check in. You get stuck in a hot entryway talking to a window and getting left there to boil for twenty minutes

Econo lodge PineBluff Ark, is terrible had I not paid in advance I would not have stayed. Our room #208 was a smoking room after they assured me it wasn't and it was dirty I mean everything. From the floors to the ceiling. That room needs a complete makeover (I'm happy we had our own bedding/towels and water. The T.V kept loosing signal. And it wasn't due to the weather. They have permanent residents living and should not put guest in those rooms or section of the hotel The water in our room was off and I was told they knew, the plummer should be done in 5min. However the water came out brown even after allowing it to run for more than 15mins, even the next morning it was BROWN therefore we could not shower, and had to use our bottled water to brush our teeth. Just say we will NOT stay there again or recommend it to anyone. We are NOT saying all Econolodges are terrible and will stay at other locations. But when I check in I will be asking questions. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but it would be nice to see them in uniforms with name badges so guests could identify them as employees and NOT guests/residents of the hotel. Overall this Econolodge lefted us with a bad/terrible experience. The Cleaning crew needs to do better and the owner/corporation needs to check in from time to time. Or the health department will shut it down.

The beds were very comfortable! Unfortunately, the pool and breakfast was closed due to COVID (Wish we would have known this prior to booking). Upon arrival to the room, it smelled very musty. The staff immediately brought air freshener and offered to switch rooms. We opened the door and turned on the air conditioner so that issue was quickly resolved. It appeared that some customers live there and we felt unsafe with unnecessary comments toward us and at one point, a man was knocking on our door and would not go away. When we answered the door, the man (who does not work there) asked “What are you doing?” “Do you need anything?” It was so scary and we barricaded ourselves in the room for the night.

Let me say I would give this place a one star rating. And the reason it got one is that I cannot comment on the actual hotel, room or service as never got out of the car once pulled into the parking lot. Had prepaid for two rooms for one night and when pulled in to property there was trash all over. An abandoned car, and in back of building a homeless person’s cart. We arrived 20 minutes past the time to be able to cancel but was willing to take the loss than stay.
