I booked the room on 11 Jul for 18 Nov and requested lower floor due to weak knees. But was given the highest floor. The manager was very friendly and helpful, wanted to help but was fully booked, even the lowest floor, I still have to climb to 2nd floor. The building look old and tired and dark inside. I did not stay there as I really cannot climb the stairs, so we book another hotel. But the service there is good cos they are really helpful.
