"I didn’t see the breakfast area only saw the coffee. Room was okay, first room had a clogged toilet and we had to move. That room had a window unit as the AC and it wouldn’t really stay on so we got hot at night. Bed was super comfortable though "

"Our room was clean and we were satisfied with the friendly and helpful staff. We stayed two nights. We did not have the breakfast that was offered because we normally wake up a little later. However, coffee is offered all day and it taste good. We checked out today 3/29 and the elevator was not working. It was difficult bringing all our belongings from our room to our vehicle via the stairs. Thank you. "

"The stay was fine - we tend to stay here when we’re in town because it’s close to everything and decently priced. This time we stayed on the 6th floor and the bathroom ceiling looked like they had had a leak and poorly “fixed” it. The bed was comfortable and loved the blackout curtains. Overall it’s still a good stay and will continue to be our place when we come to town. "

"AC did not work in the room and the front desk argued with me. After the second time to my room they told me that it was the last room. They were sold out and maintenance would fix it the next morning. I went to work and came back late and the same thing. They never fixed it and again no more rooms available."

"We arrived after reserving 2 rooms for myself, my husband and two friends we were treating to dinner and a concert. General appearance was not attractive with peeling paint on most of the doors and horrible color choices. The young man at the desk told me the tv was not working in one of the rooms-I requested an alternate room and he obliged. We all needed to shower before leaving for the night out. Not a drop of hot water in the whole place and when I tried to call the front desk the phone did not work. After going back to the office the worker said the breaker had been tripped. If we waited for the water to heat up we would have missed the concert and would have to skip dinner. We had to leave with none of us being able to clean up-yuck! If there had been other rooms in town we would have left but there was no availability. We were not compensated in any way."
