Great property, very clean, very nice, but terrible location if you're a tourist. The major sites are not close, but neither is the nearest train station or many restaurants.
Me and my girlfriend had a great stay in Pigneto Luxury rooms. The rooms are modern, clean and include all amenities you would need. The location is very good. The hotel is quite a bit of travel to city via train, I booked 4 nights after first day of travel I ask hotel owner if it would be possible to check out after day 2 so I could get room closet to city, I am disabled and way too much walking and catching 2 different trains to get near city ..she informed ...

When I arrived the night clerk was a Total _sshole gave me the smallest size room and was upset that I arrived late even after I called, for the hotel's sake he left a few days after ( he doesn't work there anymore) the rest of the staff is great

Patrizia and Nicolette were very accommodating and gracious hosts. I felt very much at home and they were there to give me anything I needed. I needed some tickets printed up and Patrizia was nice enough to let me use her computer and login to my gmail account so I could print out what i needed using ...
