You are walking distance to the main boulevard (you'd still want to drive) & everything that Pigeon Forge has to offer: \- 4 minute drive to the national park \- 6 minute drive to Dollywood \- 12 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg \- Hot tub \- Outdoor Firepit \- Arcade & Board Games \- Loaded kitchen w/ french press, K-cup, blender, waffle iron \- Quiet & charming street \- Wooded Views \- Smart TVs Happy humans welcome! You'll love the comfortable sofa recliners, the cozy reading lights, the hot tub views, and the beautiful outdoor firepit area with Adirondack chairs. We strive to put quality linens, supplies, decor, and entertainment in the cabin so that our cabin can serve many families for many years. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay! We also love to travel so we have tried to make the cabin a place that we would want to stay. No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour. The TVs are all Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. Easy driving up to the cabin on all paved roads. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles comfortably. Pet Policy: We love welcoming dogs as part of the family! To help us keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, there’s a $65 pet fee per pet per stay. Please note that we’re only able to host dogs (no cats), and any unauthorized pets would incur a $200 fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space enjoyable for all future guests—we can’t wait to host you and your furry friends! Everything we expected and more! The only thing we need to bring was our clothes and groceries. It had a waffle maker, blender, plenty of cook and plateware. Our boys loved the hot tube and fire pit. We played several boardgames(another wonderful surprise) since it was raining on our first day. The location is minutes away from everything in Pigeon Forge but a far enough away to just relax. This cabin was perfect for my family of 4! This was our first trip to Tennessee and the location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do, especially Dollywood. The cabin has 2 full baths which is very helpful with 2 pre-teen daughters. My girls also loved the bunk beds so they didn’t have to sleep together. The Pac-Man arcade game was fun too! All beds are memory foam….nice touch!! We didn’t cook but there was everything you needed in the kitchen. We stayed so busy we didn’t get much use out of the hot tub but finally decided to heat it up and get in the last night we were there. Nice quiet area, yet still close to the heart of Pigeon Forge.
