"The gentleman that worked at the front desk during the day time ( he’s been in Paris for 3 years) we forgot his name. Was absolutely amazing! He was there to help our every need. The night staff was ok but can’t compare to the young man on day shift. We love the snacks and our room with a view. Just felt stuffy. We are from America so we need air conditioning to breathe better. The hotel was in a perfect area to shops and restaurants. Very walkable but we did get lost a few times lol. We just hopped in a cab to get back to the hotel. "

"The property was clean , the breakfast was nice , there were so many food options within walking distance and the metro was also close by as well. It felt very safe to navigate France as a foreigner and the hotel felt safe too. "
