"My wife and I loved our stay here. We walked right out the door to the beach. The beach was about a mile long and beautiful. We started our mornings drinking coffee and watching turtles. We loved the location. It was away from the hustle of Georgetown. There were two great beaches with sandbars close, Exuma Point and Coco Plum. Two of the best restaurants on the island were 5-10 minutes away, Coco Plum Bistro and Salt Restobar. The Nixon’s were great hosts. We highly recommend this spot."

"We had such an incredible stay this weekend! Sam, the manager of the VRBO, was absolutely amazing—so helpful, responsive, and attentive from start to finish. She did a fantastic job provisioning everything we needed and made the whole experience seamless.The house itself was stunning—beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our group. You can really tell a lot of care went into every detail.Also, do yourself a favor and book Chef Gavin—he was unbelievably talented and made our stay even more special with his incredible meals.Highly recommend this property and the team behind it. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Exuma and would absolutely recommend it to others. The beach and water are truly stunning. The color of the water is mesmerizing, that clear, vibrant turquoise that Exuma is known for. During our stay we had one day where the tide allowed for a full beach experience, and it was beautiful. The rest of the time the water came up quite high, which meant less sandy beach area, but the views and the sound of the ocean were still incredible and made the setting feel peaceful and special.The house itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen in particular was impressively well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably, which made it feel very much like a home away from home.Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from booking through our stay. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The beautiful setting, clean and comfortable home, and attentive host made for a truly enjoyable trip. We would happily stay here again."
