Perfect location and Villa was setup so everyone had privacy plus great space to be together.Angelique, the property manager was so attentive and made us feel very welcome.Having two kitchens and double appliances were so useful!It was hard to leave the gorgeous house and the amazing beach to explore the friendliest and most beautiful island of Exuma. Our group will always remember our week at Casa Del Mar!"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, well-appointed home in Mosstown, Exuma. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a fantastic vacation—whether cooking together in the spacious kitchen with its large center island, grilling outside, or gathering in the roomy living area. Each bedroom came with its own bathroom and private veranda, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone.The outdoor spaces were just as impressive. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, enjoying the comfortable patio furniture, and taking in the breathtaking beach that truly felt like our own private paradise. The colors of the water—shifting from the lightest azure to deep blue—must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.It was also a great comfort knowing the on-site property manager was close by and ready to assist with anything we needed. Beyond the home, we explored local markets and restaurants, and rented a boat to visit nearby Stocking Island—an unforgettable highlight of our trip.This home truly enhanced our Exuma experience, and everyone in our group is already making plans to return next year. "The house was perched right on the best beach in Exuma. Everything was comfortable, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, beach chairs and loungers, kayaks, paddle boards.Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well laid out with each primary suite overlooking the beach. The host was very quick to respond and answered all our questions before and during our stay. The on-island manager who checked us in/out made the whole process as easy as it could be. "

"This was our family trip for my father-in-law‘s 70th birthday and it did not disappoint. The house is in a perfect location with a beautiful views that you’ll get nowhere else. With access to the peace and plenty I can’t imagine it being better. We were there mid July and had beach access the whole time. And our favorite part was the patio at the beachfront. We would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed here with extended family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - party of 10 was quite comfortable. Loved the private pool and the large family room and kitchen on each wing. The location is great, only 5 min from airport and right on the prettiest beach on the island. For some reason, the water seemed a brighter blue. If the water is calm, you can snorkel out to a reef about 100 yards out that is pretty good. My daughter and fiancee kayaked out to the island which was fun. Finally, the caretaker was awesome to work with; letting us in early and stay a few hours after checkout to accommodate for our flights. The rental came with filtered water bins which she coordinated refill when empty which was unexpected. Would love to return."
