Located in the new "A Machja Fiurita" residence in the town of Pietrosella, just a few meters (approximately 500m) from Agnarellu beach, this new apartment will meet your expectations for your vacation on the Isle of Beauty.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small building (elevator in the residence).
The apartment consists of a living/dining room opening onto the terrace, a kitchen open to the living room, and a sleeping area with two air-conditioned bedrooms, one bedroom overlooking the terrace, and one bedroom overlooking the parking lot.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The residence has a parking space with a free space.

The best part of this apartment: its location just a few meters from Agnarellu beach, air conditioning, and parking.
