We invite you to experience luxury living in our brand-new home featuring a spacious living area, massive terrace, & fully-equipped kitchen. With 4 large bedrooms, plus barbecue, TVs, AC, & high-speed internet, every comfort is assured for both short & long stays! Did we mention the beautiful marina views just steps away?! WIFI, Air-conditioning & internet! Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Living area| Massive sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. BBQ included in the house with a dining area and a massive sunny terrace! Also included in the living area is a dining table which easily fit our guests in great comfort. Bedrooms| 4 massive bedrooms all bedrooms are equipped with single beds, TVs and ACS! Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 2\. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 3\. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 4\. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. 5\. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 6\. What is included in the apartment ?
