I didn't like that my room key kept getting demagnitized after entering at key access entrey doors. After using those doors I couldn't get into my room and ti go to front desk to get new one. This happened at least 3 times.

I have not heard feedback from any of our guests on our keys only opening the security doors but not their rooms and having to get another key reactivated . Old keys do get deactivated when a guest comes for a new key it deactivates the old key but your situation is kind of odd. We will definitely look into the issue.

Our room wasn't bad, little rough around the edges but we enjoyed are stay. The bed was comfy, the tv worked and so did the AC, not a bad stay at all.

My room was excellent, I believe it was room #134. I needed a dog friendly room and this one was perfect. Tile floors, lots of space. It had two doors, one that opened onto the grassy area by the pool and very close to parking, which allowed me to get things from the car and walk the dogs easily. The other door opened to a hallway so that when I needed to go to the lobby, I didn't have to walk through the rain to get there. The hotel itself is in a transition of being updated, so there were parts of the hotel where the carpet was old and had water stains. My room, however, was very nice. The only other negative was that the complimentary breakfast was underwhelming. Unless you like waffles. I would definitely stay there again!
