### Beach Road Oasis - Waikawa Holiday Home

This well-appointed home features three generous king bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two queen-sized bunks (single on top), offering a comfortable setup for up to 12 guests. The master bedroom, located upstairs, includes a private ensuite for added privacy. A second bathroom and an additional toilet on the ground floor provide extra convenience, and a washing machine is available for guest use.  
  
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area is bright and welcoming, with thoughtful touches including a NutriBullet and air fryer. The home is equipped with three heat pump/air-conditioning units - in the open-plan area, the second lounge at the rear of the home, and the upstairs master - ensuring year-round comfort. Both lounge areas include Smart TVs, and guests are welcome to log in with their own streaming service accounts for a personalised entertainment experience.  
  
Bifold glass doors from the bottom lounge open onto a large, sunny deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ - ideal for enjoying fresh air in the peaceful setting. The home is family-friendly, close to boat launching, and features a green space just across the road - perfect for picnics or kids’ playtime.  
  
You’re just a short drive or a 45-minute scenic walk via the nearby track to Picton, where you’ll find local shops, eateries, and ferry access. Whether you’re adventuring through the Sounds or enjoying a laid-back getaway, Beach Road Oasis offers the perfect Marlborough base.  
Please note that there is one external security camera located on the boat shed.
