All the staff were amazing - shout out to Paola, Xoel, Julia … but no one was anything other than lovely. As a solo traveller this worked for me Plenty of sunbeds for this April trip"

"The room was fine. The staff were very good. Armando at reception was very pleasant and helpful. He was professional and cheery at check in and gave me very good local advise on places to eat for dinner. I went to one of his recommendations (La Tapatica) and had a very nice Canarian meal. Daniela and Manuel (Mano) in the restaurant at breakfast were lovely. I was by myself and Mano was very nice to me and we chatted a bit about favourite Canarian and Spanish food, and he made breakfast very nice and gave an excellent example of Canarian hospitality. Thank you Mano! The breakfast food was very good and I liked that there was good Spanish food there, and not just regular western tourist food. The Canarian cheese, pan con tomate and yogurt was very good, as was the coffee. I will recommend this hotel to cruisers who will start their cruise in Gran Canaria and need to stay somewhere the night before. Thanks. "

"Very well kept rooms and clean. The king bed was firm and the pillows soft which we appreciate. The thermostat is eco friendly and we needed help to cool the room. The temp doesn't go lower than 24.5 C but it was very comfortable. Reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff were helpful and kind! Breakfast options were incredibly immense & you could special order as well. Would definitely stay here again! "
