We had an incredible experience staying here, almost everything was great. One of the perks of this place is that it gives an unforgettable opportunity to relax and enjoy a stunning nature around this gorgeous area. The overall experience with the ocean and the views is simply one in a lifetime! As for what could be done better - certainly check in wasn't the smoothest, we were actually waiting for front desk to notice us when we entered the main entrance until we came to the desk and introduced ourselves (we were very tired and were waiting for nice and easy welcome), other than that staff at the restaurant was mostly providing good service, however some of the staff were a bit out of touch and pretty slow during breakfast and sometimes lunches/dinners (sometimes we had to stand up and walk up to ask for service as we were forgotten about). We had to also sometimes ask for housekeeping to clean up our room, as it was taking time up to early evening hours to realise we weren't getting any. Our room with pool side was great, but a bit dark. Massages were actually not perfect, but pleasing - we felt that it didn't worth the price paid. As a last note, we'd like to thank Maria and Katarina for their splendid service and attention! Overall, it was very worth visiting this gem of a place, despite some minor disappointments.

The hotel was lovely, the room, the breakfast buffet and the location were great and the staff were absolutely fantastic - they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We wanted to do something / go somewhere different every day and they organised everything for us.

Great hotel - had a brilliant stay. Superb location with wonderful ocean views on one side and into the hills on the other. Very peaceful and tranquil ambience. Breakfasts were varied and very well prepared. Staff were wonderful - friendly and very helpful.

La location était tout à fait conforme à nos attente, propre et bien équipée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le petit must, c'est l'accueil chaleureux de Catarina, à notre arrivée et qui prenait de temps en temps de nos nouvelles durant le séjour pour s'assurer que tout allait bien et que nous ne manquions de rien. Good hotel that's located close to the main attractions in the city. Parking is good but hard to access and sort of tight. The free breakfast made us both feel kinda gross. Clean rooms and an amazing staff made up for this though.
