For your convenience, here is a reiteration of the rules: Check-In Time: 5 PM Check-Out Time: 10 AM \- Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in is after 5 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. For early check-in or late check-out, request at least 24 hours in advance and pay $35 through the Airbnb platform for approval. \- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $1000 fee will be charged for cleaning if this rule is violated. \- Shoes: Please remove shoes at the door before entering the home. \- Missing/Damaged Items: Charges for missing or damaged items will be billed at retail costs through the Airbnb portal. \- Noise & Parties: No parties or excessive noise. No complaints at all about the stay itself. The host was amazing, super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The only thing I’d mention is that the front door didn’t lock properly and would open on its own, which felt like a bit of a safety concern.
