It was quiet, checking in was easy. Coffee was cold and breakfast was…well I left and went to a donut shop because of the lack of anything.

Terrible service and people next door were haveing loud music and nothing was told to them. The shower was broken and the door wouldnt open. I regret staying there.

This webiste is horrible!! I WOULDNT advice ANYONE to book here ! REPEAT ANYONE . I book a hotel room for the Mississippi stay for the New Orleans parade weekend for two nights for $279 . No resevere I paid Fully 3 days ahead of time ,do to the fact it showed it was only "six spots left". Thats how they got me though,watch this . I Finally make it to my hotel tell them Booked confirmation and all ,than i give my ID and everything to the front desk. He tells me my card was declined ,so of course I told him I already paid through this website showed him and all . Still couldnt figure it out ,so a kind women helped me out that worked at the hotel front office also thats expedia didn't pay which was to "$279" . After that I immediately called expedia SEVERAL times . Ketp on talking for a little while than they hang up on you! At this point im like okay my phone might be tripping or somthing ,so i used other family members phone to call .samething happened EVERYTIME. They all had full service bars . After, trying and trying and trying . I had to pay an additional $230 which total up to be $509 FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY AT A HOTEL! THAN STILL HAD TO SURVIVE EATING AND ENJOYING GAS MILEAGE BACK IN FORTH TO MISSISSIPPI & New Orleans. Not to mention I travled 7 hours just for this weekend function .I can go on and on but to sum everything up I got robbed out of $279 that they are not trying to reburse me on . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WEBSITE to book . DONT BOOK HERE PERIOD!

My wife and I will never visit Picyune MS again. The motel was freezing because there was a huge gap around the door where it wasn't mounted properly. There was a artic cold front that blew through during our stay. The water wasn't even hot. I got a lukewarm shower in a room that was the same temperature as the outside. We were pretty much trapped in the motel because there were no Uber, Lyft or even a Taxi in that town after 6 pm. We were lucky to get an Uber to the train station the following day. It was freezing once again and the train station was closed so we were trapped in the weather for 9 hours waiting for the train to arrive.

The motel was relatively clean. There were approximately 50 or so mexicans staying there and had mariachi party till 2: 30 am. Told the manager the next mornong he claims he didn't hear them thats's BS the whole city of Picayune, Ms heard them

Most of the Super 8's I've stayed in are clean, well maintained, and have someone at the front desk to check you in. This property is run down, dingy, with junk around the property and outside of doorways, and you have to call a phone number on the door so that someone will wake-up to let you in the building for check-in. There were multiple parties going on until all-hours, and while I'm all in favor of a good party with music, I would prefer to get sleep on a business trip, and have others keep their music to themselves. While it wasn't the worst place I've had to stay in while on the road, it is certainly not what I would expect from Super 8 by Wyndham.

This place was a dump. Lobby was locked so you checked in at a small room with no air conditioner. People barely spoke English. Ice machine was broken as well as tv. Pool was filthy. Just overall a bad place. No breakfast but i would not have eaten it anyway.

The bed and room was lovely and clean, the water was hot, the WiFi was stable. Ground floor room was convenient parking out the front of our room was a bonus. The only let-down for this stay was the breakfast, cereal and honey buns with coffee and juice, but it was ok. Good value stay

Greeted with a friendly smile
After a long hard day of work out on the road it's nice to be welcomed with a smile. Not my first stay with this hotel. I always try to book here when I'm in the area. Comfortable and quiet everytime so I'm guaranteed a good nights sleep. Rooms are very accommodating with frig, microwave, coffee pot. Price is reasonable too.

Last minute reservation
We just need a last minute place to stay. We got room 216, It wasn't anything fancy but it worked! Beds were kinda hard but they were clean. Bathrooms (tub) could use some work (cleaning and to be updated). Overall it was ok, a little pricey for the quantity and a Sunday night, but we've been in worse hotels. Like i said though, it was last minute, it was clean, and saw no bugs thank God!

Place was old and run down. In the bathroom the shower drained really slow and only 1 of the 3 switches worked. In the vanity sink area the electrical plug was not screwed into the electrical box and did not have a cover plate. The floor in the bed area has some soft spots in different places. The outside was old and run down. The one ice maker on the property didn’t work. If I would not have prepaid for these 2 room I would have gone to another property. These owners need to make repairs as needed and hotels.com should give people like myself a refund so that we could go to a different property.

Honestly, I was to tired to care about much. I was on a business trip and found the Super 8 in the area I was servicing and booked it at a great price. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock. It was quiet so that was also appreciated. It worked for me and I'll stay again when in the area.

Terrible place.
The sink in our room was broken. You did not have water. Changed rooms and the dirty rag my husband used they folded and put back on the rack in the bathroom. The people were not very friendly and we lefted. Paid to stay a night and left after 30 minutes. Didn't get a refund.

The hotel is disgusting. The bedsheets had blood on them to include both fitted and top sheet, so you know they weren’t changed. The hotel plugs don’t work. Basically you are staying in a run down fixer upper in the middle of repairs. We left, and will never be back.

The AC/heating had a loud whine. They tried to fix but wasn’t successful. After 12 hours of driving, I tried sleeping with a pillow over my head. Got up at 6 AM to find there was no hot water for a shower. I won’t be stopping here again.

When checking in, the receptionist had to make a photo copy of my debit card, which was sketchy. The lobby was filthy and piled with boxes. The room and bathroom was very dirty. The air conditioner did not work well either. The beds would make a terrible popping noise every time you would move. -10/10.

In the Process of Rehabbing, but still fairly nice
They are rehabbing the Hotel, so take my review as current condition. They are concentrating the rehab on the top floor first, so our bottom floor was the older part that needs some work. The new owners I firmly believe will have it looking good within the next year.

Never got to stay. Shortly after I reserved the room and paid extra $5 for guaranteed reservation, I received confirmation and all typical protocol, the hotel called and declined my reservation due to overbooking. I haven’t checked my card yet but they better not have charged me. I’ll be P***d!!!

While the staff was kind and friendly, the room was not good. It smelled damp and mildew-y. The bed was not comfortable. There was only 1 flat pillow. There are crews staying there that are up all hours of the night and they are very loud out on the balconies.

Great stay
We went because of hurricane Ida. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh they only had topo floors bc they had flooded from the flooding rains we had two months earlier and were redoing the bottom rooms. Over all the owner was super friendly and very helpful

I don’t smoke and I got a non smoking room which smelled of cigar smoke, the door had a gap in it which didn’t lock all the way and the bathroom was dirty.
