Ideally located, the property offers free private parking for small to medium-sized cars, along with both private and shared outdoor spaces where you can relax and unwind.  
  
The interior is smartly designed to make the most of every corner: the sleeping area is on a cozy mezzanine with a comfortable double bed, while the compact yet functional kitchen features an induction cooktop, sink, kettle, and coffee machine. The modern bathroom includes a shower, and you’ll also find a Smart TV, unlimited free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for your comfort.  
  
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A valid ID is required for registration with the local authorities. The city tax is €4 per person per night (up to 7 nights), payable in cash upon arrival — minors are exempt.
