"Very enjoyable stay. Staff were excellent, remembering previous dietary requirement requests and being friendly and approachable. 2 suggestions: provide drinking water in a more eco friendly way, rather than small plastic bottles of water. We must have got thru about 30 bottles :(. Many comparable resorts now provide water in refillable glass bottles or large refillable containers (5l). Secondly, make it a rule that guests should not fly drones in the resort. There was an annoying drone flying directly above our private pool/garden which is an unacceptable invasion of privacy, as well as an annoying sound. "

"Resort has that beachy vibe of a Club Med from back in the 80's, but without the excessive partying. A very relaxed, shorts-and-barefeet feeling where you can go from pool to beach to bar, and charge anything (very reasonably priced) to your room. Room itself is fairly spartan, but the bed is very comfortable, and the cleaning staff is outstanding. Not at all busy when we were there, so it was easy to schedule a masage, as well as cab rides to wherever we needed to go. A well-needed respite during a month-long holiday through six countries!"

"Absolutely amazing stay at Angsana Ho Tram. The accommodation, activities and facilities were all high quality and well considered. I particularly loved getting a new scent and treat placed in our room by housekeeping everyday - all part of the sensory experience emphasised in Angsana. The staff were all warm, attentive and informed. The only drawback is that the area is still being developed, so there’s not much to do outside the resort without booking a day tour. "
