Good cheap hotel
Good hotel for the price has free WiFi, bottle water, comfortable bed, hot shower, balcony and personal safe

One of the worse places I been at. Went in and really weird lady who was trying to check us in kept giving us weird look and the rooms were worse

We only stayed for one night the hotel is a bit difficult to locate but apart from that it was good , clean and helpful staff

Pleasant little hotel, basic but adequate, value for money, about 25 minute walk to bangla rd, far enough out that gives you a taste of suburban life in patong , which is still busy, rent a scooter from the hotel for 250 baht a day, gives you freedom to explore, overall a very satisfying stay , recommend to travelers not wanting 5 star accommodation , thanks

L'hotel n'a rien a voir avec les photos présentées, aucune enseigne , la réception inexistante, la propreté a revoir, on est resté une semaine sans ménage il a fallu demander des serviettes propres!!le plateau café et la bouteille d'eau gratuite n'existent pas!!! Pendant plusieurs mois j'ai envoye des mails restés sans réponse, j'ai eu des réponses après appels a hotel.com et la caution qu'on était sensé ne pas avoir besoin de déposer il a fallu la payer cash en arrivant!!! Les transferts aéroports qu'ils ne font pas et bien ils sont affichés et proposés!!! Cet hôtel est a fuir, on est loin de tout et c'est la galère lorsque on veut se faire ramener en taxi, personne ne connaît l'hotel!!! J'avais lu sur les avis que le propriétaire était un jeune français, je crois que ce n'est plus le cas!!! Et le pire, on avait un coffre dans la chambre ou nous avions enfermé notre argent et nos passeports, et bien 3 jours après notre arrivée il manquait de l'argent dans les 3 portefeuilles pour un montant de 340 euros!!!!! Inadmissibles!!!!! Quelle déception, cet hôtel ne devrait pas figurer sur des sites tel que hotel.com ou n'importe quel autre!!!!

Customer Care ist hier nicht vorhanden. Sauber gemacht wird ab und zu, aber nur oberflächlich. Krabbeltiere sind daher vorprogrammiert... Mücken ebenso, weil nach dem Zimmerservice die Balkontüre ständig offen gelassen wurde. Auf Bitte war sie ab und an zu. 10 Stiche in der Nacht waren Standard. Weil Kakao auf meinem 4 Tage alten Handtuch war, sollte ich für die Reinigung bezahlen. Eine Frechheit! Kakao ist nun wirklich nicht schwer auf einem Handtuch zu entfernen... Personal war kaum im Haus, die Lautstärke der anderen Bewohner war teils ätzend hoch. Wir konnten kein anderes Zimmer bekommen, aber sahen jeden Tag mindestens 3 Zimmer freistehen. Der Safe war lose im Schrank, wurde dann während unseres Aufenthaltes nach Nachfrage angeschraubt. Die fast leere Batterie konnte in 2 Wochen nicht ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Hatten schon viel bessere Hotels in Patong mit teils günstigeren Preisen!!! Yindee Residence - nie wieder.

Fint hotell med rymliga rum.
Vi hade en mysig vistelse på detta hotellet. Rymligt rum, bra pris och hjälpsam personal. lugnt område ca 15 minuter promenad från stranden.
