Our floor have rooms are under maintenance. The street of bar and strip bars are facing the hotel property. My room 1202 has shower water problem. Too hot or water cannot maintain same temperature. Suddenly changed cold or hot. In general the staffs are great. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Pool and facilities are great

Great rooms and the location would be impossible to beat. 1 minute walk to Bangla Rd and 2 minutes to the beach. Staff were always helpful and made our stay enjoyable with kids. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

I was very disappointed I was charged for 3 extra days before I arrived. I called an explained my flights had changed and they assured me we could move the days to the end. In result I had to move to another hotel for the remainder of my trip and I was charged for 3 extra days. Anyway they can get extra money never about helping customers

The hotel is located in the middle of all the action. Very close to the beach and to patong road where there is a ton of nightlife and a lot going on. If you are on the side of the hotel closest to the patong road it might be loud at night. Note pool is smaller than what it looks like in the pictures.

The property was really very good and dining options varied. Staff were helpful and very friendly and property is in a great location. A few of the power points and USB charging points were not working in my room which was a bit annoying. Other than this was a great hotel and I would stay there again.

This resort exceeded expectations. Not only was it immersed in the Bangla road fun zone but in its own right would be a destination if it was in a remote area. Will stay here again.

It was my first travel overseas and I did it solo. The staff at the Kee were absolutely wonderful and made me feel like I was not alone. They sparked up conversation when ever I was around or at the cafe/bar. 10/10 will be back next time I visit Phuket.

Upon check in I was asked to leave a deposit , scanned my credit card 3 times but it didn’t work. No drama said it was ok because their machine wasn’t scanning . we were taken to our ”room” Upon walking in I got a big woof of musty / mouldy smell. We asked to see another room available and it was exactly the same. This was on level 4. One of the lifts were out so had to go up to level 5 and walk down to level 4. We were then shown a third room on level 2 or 3 on the other side and it also had a really bad musty/mouldy smell as soon as we walked in. No other rooms were available so we didn’t end up staying there. It was frustrating as by this stage it was midnight , the trip was long and that’s the last thing we expected as we read good reviews prior. They called a worker to come up to the room , he had his phone light on looking for signs of mould as the electricity was also out . He too started coughing in the room and we were there less than 5 minutes. We ended up booking elsewhere close by with no mould smell so no I would not recommend this hotel

I loved how convenient it is to Patong Beach & Bangla Rd. It has a cute wonderful Taco truck very close to hotel. Food was amazing! Hotel staff was very friendly. Any services were very professional and not long wait. We didn’t like that a few of the elevators were down especially the one near our suite. We would definitely stay again. We had a pleasant stay.

Hotel had everything you needed and the prices for food and drink were reasonable. I found the pool areas seating to be limited for the amount of guests. Sometimes they were all taken and you couldn't get a spot.
