I dont even know
I've advice the hotel that we would be check in late (after midnight) when we got to the hotel they've passed us to another inn which was very disappointing, telling us that their hotel is already full. Staff didnt look really friendly and werent even apologetic for the incident.

The hotel is smack in the middle of everything!
There’s an ATM nearby, money exchange counter, Chinese restaurants, Seafood restaurants, street shops, clinic, pharmacy and family mart within walking distance. If You’re interested to go for island tours, there’s an information counter right in front of the hotel as well. You can get price quatition for minivan, taxi and also island tour.

Lovely Hotel + Nice Location
Great stay overall, very attractive room for the price.. very cosy. Nice location not far from the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed beautiful Phuket. We actually signed in early as our flight arrived 6am in the morning and the hotel has a policy that you sign in at 2pm...so we paid an extra 500 baht to check in early but can't grumble as it still works out only 650 baht a night for attractive room, nice location only 5 minutes walk from Patong beach and shops nearby. Was pretty quiet so we slept easily which is always a plus, shower was nice but no hot water but overall a very nice experience.

investment needed
Bed was of such poor quality and condition to be out right dangerous. Air con unit wasn't working, staff refused to help. 40 degrees in there. Hotel needs investment, especially the beds. The mattress didn't so much sag in the middle as plummet! Paid for 7 nights, stuck it for 3.

Lotus Hotel
I stayed in this hotel from 7th of January till 14th of January 2017. Do not expect them to help you with airport shuttle after midnight and they do not have breakfast as advertised on the website.Rooms with kingsized bed are bigger and nice. Rooms with twin beds are very small but if ur not expecting a luxury hotel you will like it. You will get 2 bottles of water every day plus you can use the coffee and tea for free.The room service is really good and our rooms were clean every day. The loaction is good. The hotel itself is surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants with delicious food! It is only 5mins from Bangla road and 8mins from the beach.It is close to everything! Infront of the hotel is an old lady selling tours and trips which are worth checking. We bought several from her and we were very sutisfied. Overall experience was good...however next time i would try to stay only few days in the hotel and move to another one later and explore more from the island.

Great hotel with elevator
I really enjoyed my stay at the Lotus. It was close enough to all the action without being directly in it, so it was nice and quiet at night. The room was big with a little balcony (no view), kept nice and clean, except the bed sheets (though I'm sure were clean) had been stained by god-knows-what.There were good tv channels for the days when it rained and the staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. The was also an elevator, which I know isn't very common but quite convenient when you're up a few flights.

The location of this hotel is great. The owners are very kind and always happy to help. When we arrived at this hotel, my husband forgot his cell phone in the shuttle bus from the airport. We really thought he would never see his phone again, the staff went out of their way to contact the minivan company and was able to reach the driver. Thanks to them, my husband got his phone back. The hotel is very clean and the room is being cleaned once a day. Towels are changed once a day. There is always someone in the lobby to assist you. Everyone working at this hotel is always smiling! We would definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you for everything! 🙏🏻

we booked into superior room. when we checked in the bathroom was flooded and we were moved to another room. The tap in this room also leaked. We were told it would be fixed whilst we were out but this never happened. luckily we were only staying for two nights

The hotel is located near the town. For me the location is nice. Not so far from the beach, not so far from the shopping area. Bike rental is cheaper here. Everything was good. What frustrated me was the late check-out charges. I always stay in hotels and never once I was charged for checking out at 1PM. This hotel charged me for that. I tried to argue but didn't get the chance to win it. Although the charging was only 100baht, but for me honestly, that was frustrating. Everything else was good except for that. My advise to the hotel owner, be flexible, and your guests will definitely recommend you to others.

Best place @ best price to stay in Patong!
The room is spacious enough for a couple with fridge, TV, nice balcony, high speed WiFi & clean bathroom. They clean the room when you asked them and give fresh towels & toiletries. We went in the 1st week of august 2015 and the room was dirt cheap for the facilities they provide. It's in 10 mins walking distance from Bangla street, restaurants and supermarkets like familymart & 7-11 are all nearby. The hotel itself gives bikes for rent but I rented from the place opposite to the main entrance (got a better deal). It's near to the Jungceylon mall and boxing stadium. Its not on the main road so you'll get a good night's sleep without any noise of the main road traffic. Basically it's an ideal place to stay. A must book! Well, rent a bike, go to Kathu Waterfall, Patong shooting range (be careful on the steep road while driving in and out of Patong, it gets slippery when it rains), Patong beach, Bangla Street (Illuzion & Seduction), Phuket Aquarium. Include 1 day's Coral Island Resort booking in your itinerary for some peace time. Also, please don't buy the waterproof small little camera that you might see a lot of tourists would be carrying. Though the box says that it's 12MP and full HD recording but no, the pics & videos are lousy. And if you do decide to buy one, quote the half price.

Exactly what I wanted in every way
Staff is very friendly, helpful, and do good work. They are happy and care about their hotel. The room and hotel is very clean. Much better than would expect at this price point. I loved the location. Close enough but also far enough from Beach & Bangla St. (Bar scene) Very close to Mall and food market. On side street just far enough from a main street to be quiet. Only thing I'd ask for is a more comfortable bed. Bed a bit hard for me.

Booked a room with a bouble bed. Given a very small room with 2 single beds. I complained. Showed them my photo copy of booking. Only then did they put me and my girlfriend in a double room. Very poor.

For 500 baht per night - amazing value for money!!
Great location 3 streets back from the beach, 2 streets back from bangla road, 5 mins walk to jungceylon mall. For 500 baht per night we were really impressed. The staff speak a bit of English - not perfect, but we're in Thailand so I'm sure that can be forgiven ;) We were offered a choice or room either facing the street or the back - we chose the back as it was quieter - however, note that when it rains it gets a bit noisey at the back as the rain drips onto metal roofing. Our airline lost our luggage and the reception staff were very helpful in contacting the airport for updates. The room is basic but really nice - especially considering the price you pay. Aircon, comfy bed, hot water, fridge, flat screen TV, free wifi, a few toiletries, bottle of water. It was great for a night or two in Phuket on our way to Phi Phi - bargain! We even had a towel origami elephant to greet us on our bed :)

Great hotel out of party zone but still very close
The Lotus is just far away enough from the crazy partying of Patong but still only 5 mins walk to the beach, mall and major streets. Great location! The room was large and clean and the staff are friendly. Everything you need at a very reasonable price, just be willing to walk 5 mins and you will be completely satisfied!

Friendly staff and ok location. Because of the location, room overlooking some dirty back lane thing - a lot of bugs etc. the room was never free of the bugs, although that could of been my fault with leaving door open. You're likely to get bitten throughout the stay here and i'm not very prone to bites.

Perfect location and good rooms
I was in patong from 28th till 30th November for my annual vacation. The location of the hotel is perfect.. Just 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to Soi Bangla and 5 mins to the Boxing Stadium. Since the location of the hotel is in the lane and on not the main road, its peaceful. You also have Number 1 restaurant right across the road which is open 24x7 so will never die of hunger ( the hotel does not have restaurant and only provides 1 ltr water a day). The 7-11 is also next to the hotel, so your basic requirement of water and other things is easily manageable. It also have Bhadshah Indian Restaurant for people who want to have Indian food just across the main road. The hotel also provides bike on daily rentals, so you dont need to figure out from whr to get a bike ( across patong the rentals are the same). The service is good, your room will get cleaned everyday and fresh towel will be provided. Since, they have wifi routers placed on every floor you will get the connectivity in the entire room and the speed of the internet is also good. The hotel has come up only last year so the rooms are still in condition.

バングラ通りまで徒歩６,７分くらい。ジャンクセイロンまで徒歩１０分歩かないか。幹線道路から少し引っ込んだところにあって車の騒音がひどくない。よって立地はまずまずと言ったところ。部屋によっては隣のビルが迫っていて薄暗い。

Appena arrivate non volevano darci una delle 3 stanze perché non era pulita e volevano anche il pagamento della notte non usufruita...poi magicamente la stanza c era. La colazione è esclusivamente 2 fette di pan carré con uova tè caffè ...abbiamo comprato del burro e la marmellata per fare la colazione. Una mattina ho chiesto una fetta di pane in piu e ci hanno chiesto 20 bath. Cmq la mia stanza era al 5 piano ed era carina quella del secondo piano un po meno pulita. La zona buona vicino bangla road . Quindi se non vi serve la colazione è carino come hotel

バングラ通りからは少し歩きますが、安く泊まるにはいいホテルだと思います。 従業員の方々は中華系ですが気さくで話しやすかったですが、現地のことはそんなに詳しくは無いようです。 泊まった部屋のクローゼットの中には前の宿泊者の下着がありました。見た目は清掃されていましたが詰めが甘い。

Das Personal waren sehr lieb, einverstanden und freundlichzu uns. Uns hat die Sauberkeit nicht gefallen. Einen Abend auf dem Weg zurück vom Restaurant haben wir vor dem Hotel einen Rat gesehen. Das finden wir etwas ecklig,obgleich es war nicht den einzigen Ort,wo wir einen Rat gesehen haben. Insgesamt werde ich Phuket als verdreckt beschreiben!

Det var. larm hele døgnet rundt. Personalet var faktisk ikke eksisterende, da vi skulle tjekke ud, lå den ansvarlige for receptionen og sov ( der skulle være døgnåben reception). Vi smed nøglerne og gik.

深夜到着にかかわらず、チェックインしたら部屋がダブルブッキングの為部屋がないと言われた。 何も謝罪がなく、何を行っても3日間の予約だったが宿泊できませんでした。 仕方がないので、bookingcomで自分でホテルを取りました。 エクスペディアに連絡しようとしても、ネットも電話も繋がらなく本当に困りました。 2度とエクスペディアで予約しません。 返金保証もありません！！ スタッフので態度も最悪でした。
