We are very sorry if all of these are mistake because of our staff. We are very strict about room cleaning, I have check our cleaning staff went there at but They do not want to disturb guest after that it out of cleaning duty. so for next time if guest it room we must call and asking that can we clean the room? I know that if not do like this guest do not know that we try to services. room cleaning daily we change towel , clean and set up every day is our standard. so sorry again for your inconvenience.

I am sorry about some room shower in toilet, Is some room only that we have plan to remove and reset in June, We try to input what is the important for our guest how our budget can support it. so will show you when you come back. Thank you to stay with us, hope to see you again.
