Hi Feng Wong,Even written anonymously I know these reviews are yours and I also know the reason why you wrote that I'm "not friendly". Last Tuesday night around 3 AM you very disrespectfully had taken possession of our reception area without any permission. You pushed away 1 desk to have more space, turned on the fan and sat there in our desk chair as if you were the owner or manager. Seeing this I of course asked you politely and friendly not to sit there because you had nothing to do in our reception butmy request seemed to upset you, probably because I disturbed you in your dream of being a hotelowner. Above this you had exposed a bottle of poppers on our coffee table in sight of other guests and passers by. Poppers are considered a category 5 narcotic in Thailand and even for possession of it you can go to jail.So I strongly recommend you to adept your behaviour into a more respectful way the next time you visit Thailand.

The room type you booked indeed is only 18-20 m2, but as I mentioned we also have bigger Suites and Apartments up to 50 m2, though with a higher rate than the Superior rooms. One more anonymous reviewer stating ridiculous things which stroke with reality. Repairs are done almost every day and we absolutely have the funds to do so.

Dear Anonymous, all guests are allowed to use the gym for free, except for "room only" reservations. Apparently you choose this cheaper option which clearly says "no breakfast, no sauna, no fitness". Nevertheless you can still use the gym against a fee.

He is coming for the 5th time in 3 years and always requests "your miserable" room 623. Strange, isn't it ? As you are anonymous we of course don't know when and in which room you have stayed, but from your description I understand that you had booked a room in our Annex Wing opposite of the main building. On all booking sites the rooms in these Annex buildings have the mention "ANNEX WING", which you apparently didn't notice while makig your reservation. While your stay you could have mentioned this issue to our front desk and we would have found another room in the main building for you. In case you might make a new reservation with us in the future please know that the "rooms Annex Wing" are not located in the main building , but that all rooms and suites without this mention are located in the main building. Dear Andrew, thank you for your feedback. You booked one of our cheapest rooms at 850 Baht/ night in high season. They certainly are not huge rooms, but to say they are pokey if you have a private balcony of approx. 10m2 is a bit strange. When you made your reservation you had the choice between "breakfast and sauna included" and "room only" . You choose for the cheaper "room only" option and I find it displaced that you write you didn't know that breakfast and sauna were nor included in the "room only"-rate. Only the rate name should say enough. Everywhere in the world you get what you pay for. Hoping to see you soon again with a sauna and breakfast included reservation. Dear Andrew, while your stay two weeks ago we indeed had some issues with the cleaning staff and had only 1 cleaning staff left. I am sorry to hear that the cleaning might not have been as good as it usually is. It is a very important point, not only for us, but especially for our guests. In the meantime we found new staff (I already got a compliment for the cleanliness of a room 2 days ago) and invite you to give it another try on your next trip. Dear Robert, as you write yourself you get what you pay for. Please next time try out our Apartment Suites which have been completely renovated and refurbished. However, they are a bit more expensive and this maybe is the reason you did choose one of our cheapest room categories instead of the Apartments. Paul..

Dear Ngar, you booked a Big Superior Annex Wing in our Annex Wing on a "room only" base without breakfast and complained immediately after check in the breakfast wasn't included. Now you complain you had to stay in the Annex Wing and blame Expedia/ Hotels.com for that. I am sorry, but you can't blame others for what you booked yourself. Once again, our main building is a "men only" property, but in our Annex Wing where you were staying women are accepted. Regards, Paul.
