The Hotel was in the most perfect place! Walkable to everything! the staff was great and friendly, very courtious and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. The pools were awesome especially the pool bar area! breakfast had great options especially for vegetarians like me! i give it a 10 out of 10. Definetely will be my go to everytime I come here!

Balcony door did not lock, staff did not carry out any special requests. Breakfast was horrible had it once. Room in the hotel was 8/10 and very modern.

Nice pool, unfortunately that's about all that was nice. Housekeeping rude, kept hanging up on me. Very loud banging and crashing at all hours, bit scary actually. Dirty, over flowing rubbish bins. The bloke who brought our bags to the room should have spent a couple of minutes explaining how the lights and Air Con work, very confusing. Horrible breakfast, I mean really horrible. Toilet paper replaced with a quarter or half a roll if you were lucky, we had to use the tissues. Really weird room layout, that just didn't work. The 'do not disturb/ clean the room ' switch outside the door never worked, so we had to inform the front counter every day to service the room. 2 small bottles of water each day is not enough when you can't use the tap water. Anyway, the list goes on, to say this is a 5 star resort is a joke, who ever did the rating obviously didn't step foot in pool access room no. 1311, this is a 3 star resort maximum, and if it wasn't for the pool, I wouldn't rate it at all. The bathroom had about 20 tubes of poorly applied white silicone around the tiles. We paid Sydney prices for the room, way to expensive for the poor quality. Anyway, 3 star's max, you've been warned.

I had an amazing stay Andaman Embrace Patong. The property is beautiful and the staff was great. Pam is a star. She went over and beyond in assisting us with any request.

Hotel was under renovation. the bath tub design was not good… when you shower the water would leak out and the water would suddenly turn cold. I guess the hotel is under renovation for a really trust it will be upgraded very soon

Property getting a facelift which is much needed. Pool access room very good and modern. Other parts of the hotel need attention. Probably one of the worst breakfasts we have had. Totally catered for the Asian market. As Australians we struggled to find enough to eat for breakfast

Place was clean, but the down side was 1. Bathtub too high without steps or side handles ( not for a 1.5m height me) i need to climb up quite dangerous to get inside the bathtub to shower 2. Washing sink was also too high, i cant even brush my teeth 😂😅 even when i try tiptoe as the distance to the tap was far. Well, but if you are someone who can get use to brushing teeth with water in cup, its does fine. Pro. The staffs at the pool bar was friendly and nice, check in / out was a breeze Aircon in the room was cold and nice Do note the deposit have to be in CASH 3000Thb

The room looked like it was built in the 19th century, the bathroom was a mess and rusty , the whole place flood when you take a shower, I told the staff about the issue and they did nothing. They charge a 100 $ deposit fee before check in

Really nice hotel set in a good location, we loved our swim up pool room and cannot fault the staff especially Nen and Boy who were so helpful. Housekeeping were amazing too. (Only criticism would be) they need to place hand towels and have a water station in the gym) I did raise this & was told to get a towel from the pool!) your a 5 star hotel (all hotels with guns have towels available normally) also stop using small plastic bottles for shower gel and shampoo- not eco friendly- apart from that excellent.

When booking this room I was under the impression the suite would resemble photos but was told that is a "new" wing of the hotel which was not covered in my booking. There were no photos of the "old" suites online and they smelled like mould and were a dirty.

It was not a 5 star hotel They took $200.00 deposit for anything missing in the room it was awful experience.The hotel next door Holiday Inn Express looked much better than this hotel.Missing items like slippers/water bottles/hair dryer etc etc

We booked after seeing an amazing cheap deal. I have no idea why this hotel is 5*. The hotel staff at reception are rude, I agree with all the other reviews I have read about rude staff. They just seem so miserable. They did book us an airport taxi which was helpful. The hotel asks for a 3,000 baht deposit on arrival which is ridiculous! Who has that spare money to put on a deposit?? That’s like £100! The room was lovely and clean, bed wasn’t very comfortable but well equipped with dressing gowns, slippers, soaps & drinks etc. We had booked a balcony which was nice as we had the view of the gorgeous pool. We had a cocktail at the reception bar at happy hour, they were average. My boyfriend ordered a beer and they didn’t even take the lid off, we had to ask. There was a very wide spread of food at breakfast but it wasn’t 5* quality. I’m not sure I would stay here again, I’d recommend it maybe, but it definitely doesn’t give you the 5* luxury treatment.

Staff was very rude ...no cooperation in giving rooms adjacent to each other...given rooms on 2nd and 5th floor Tea coffee supplements not adequately provided...no great choices for vegetarians for breakfast Security deposit is bad system followed...created last min cash crunch :(
