Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating - we arranged a late check out and to leave our bags as we had to wait for a late train. "The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We received exceptional service from the check in front desk. The service manager and staff were great. The complimentary breakfast and bikes were really appreciated. We did not get to use the pool because it is too cold in this season. Location was also convenient. The only issue we had was how the toilet was positioned in the bathroom. Not suitable for anyone over 5’5”. Overall we loved our stay. "

"What a gem. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. When we arrived they were waiting with a much needed cup of tea and a plate of fresh fruit. The homestay was so pretty with a pool and everything we needed inside our cabin with snow white bedding and towels.Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order off the menu, much better than a buffet. We were offered free bikes and even umbrellas when it rained. Arranged our transfer with a smile and sent us off with a hug and a packup. "
